Note This list is incomplete. I've only currently looking at doing all posts started November 2012 or later, so if your post was started before that point I've excluded it for now. In addition I'm only on page 9 at the moment (started at 18) and I'm moving towards page one. So hopefully I should be able to get all the recent threads listed this way eventually.
In theory there may be some overlap between this and the externalisation request list.

How many feature requests has been already implement ?

Roll counter for character creation, black lily accepting stolen goods, reduce rasaad's items value, etc. Honestly they have been at least giving it a cursory glance as I've seen things implemented after having been suggested (including my own suggestion on Black Lily and stolen goods).

Things addressed but maybe only half way?
- Improved pathfinding
Things that have been implemented from what I can see (I've only scanned through some of the titles to find these).
- Blackguard kit (http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/1947/kit-request-blackguard)
- This one is sort of iffy. The request made in July, 2012, when the announcement of the class
in the game was on July 26th. Could just be a coincidence.
- BG1 weapon proficiency bonuses
- increased number of item stacking. specially for arrows, bolts and bullets. Bag of holding. http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/2333/bag-of-holding-more
- Making it more obvious that a character is still casting (they added the spell/attacking indicator on the portraits)
- Class specific items, BG2 spell scrolls of course, but also another Robe of Evil Archmagi and the elven chainmail (more of a bard and fighter/mage item than anything).
- Major locations (inns and things) automatically marked on map
Things like bags in BG are just expected, otherwise BGT would finish being superior to BG:EE.
Well, as no project besides BG/BG2 EE are being expected for beamdog, i'm just giving hope that when BG2 EE is launched (and the bug fix stage reach an end) the devs come to give some more attention to requests from the forum (and maybe even taking their chances by creating mods, after all whomever better to mod than the person with access to the source code).
Additionally, a lot of the time, it's much, much easier for modders to create new content, because there's no money or approvals involved. Every piece of content that goes into BG2EE has to go through a fairly rigorous approval process, and can be fairly expensive to put together--even smaller additions. If we wanted to add a very small quest, say, first we'd have to get it approved internally, then by several external sources, then it goes into production, goes through multiple hands, gets implemented, tested, playtested, edited and finalised.
As a modder, I can safely say... it's much easier as a modder to make new content.
The devs should look into some of this stuff
ESPECIALLY Subraces. I'm sure everyone and their mother wants to be a drow here.
We do look at all feature requests, though. Whether an idea gets implemented or not usually depends on how feasible it is, how likely it is to break existing mechanics or cause new bugs, and whether or not it offers something worthwhile from a development/modding perspective.
