    @Katastrophe I was watching the video you posted. It made me weirdly nostalgic for the beginning of the dungeon, though it was funny to watch the two guys try to play and immediately make some of the same mistakes we did--plus some new ones. (And no, I haven't watched the whole series; I make a geeky oath I will watch no further than our current progress. Unless of course, I die.)

    Aerie cast Teleport Field on Kivan but nobody seemed to notice. It's on page 110. Does it even do anything?

    Aerie also has Dispel Magic, maybe she can try that on Kivan?

    I think we should get Aerie to teleport the gem. I'm not really sure why we need it but I can't think of anything else to do.

    Okay. Aerie teleports the gem into the middle of the room. It lays there, all bright orange and winking in the light.

    My scepter is pretty cool... Its a key. It will move the dais. It has a golden end and a platinum end, I'm afraid. I think one end is used on the throne, the other on my head, and then all will go dark for me again. I have to choose, but I'm not sure how. Damn that Tiaxina for dieing with the gem of true seeing... Damn it all..

    *I put the gold end to the crown*

    OOC: Greed, it'll kill y'all. I doubt all those bodies were there just for show. The Paladins would have stopped them. But Imoen... Dearest Imoen, in the likely chance that Sarevoks head just exploded, do go on and use the scepter on the throne somehow.

    @Evinfuilt Yeah, gems that look like they're burning inside strike me as the FR equivalent of grenades. Yes, if there's anything left of the scepter and you've chosen poorly, I shall do my best to move that dias.

    Aww thanks, I figure I have a 50/50 chance at something catastrophic or just basic decapitation.. Joy; Oh, or maybe the scepter could only be used by someone wearing the crown and I just doomed someone else.

    I thought we got you down, or at least gave you a balloon treatment? We were trying to get Kivan a rope.

    Dispel Magic might be worth a try though.

    Did Kivan get tethered down? I don't recall reading a confirmation of that.

    *wishes he thought about looking at the throne carefully before using the scepter... stupid Sarevok, I had all the hints (room is fully bright) and yet I just do the stupidest thing imaginable. Sarevoks entire life is flashing before his eyes for the past 30min*
