Imoen scoops up the sword and the scepter. She calls to Shar Teel to stop tickling Kivan and for Kivan to cast Protection from Fire on Sarevok RIGHT NOW
Imoen drops the sword like it's a poisonous snake. "I don't want it," she declares. "If you're all smart, you'll leave it here to rot in this cursed place."
I draw a dagger and start lightly jabbing the still floating Kivan. Of course I breathe in deeply of freshly exploded Sarevok---would-be god must be a drug of sorts on some plane. After that bit of fun I'd like to drag him to the hallway that has opened up, hopefully smacking him into a few pillars on the way.
EDIT: So I'm guessing I missed all the fun. Blast.
OOC: Lol, just wanted to give you a few heads up on my interpretation of Aerie (most of which i already shared with the dm due to the upcoming hurricane, i will be offline for a day to up to 3 weeks waiting for power lines to be restored). She doesn't want her wings restored. She hates what has happened to her, and the moment her wings were ripped brutally from her was a moment that injured her heart and mind. She is no longer an averial, she is *damaged* and cannot be restored.
So long as nothing char wise changes, i'm playing it under the assumption that she and the PC from the bg series romanced, but that the PC just isn't here. Not that he's assended at the end of ToB, he's just off taking care of one of the numerous strongholds or some such.
Also, due to her being damaged is why she's so protective of mara. She sees mara as herself, only she feels that mara didn't suffer the lose that aerie did. So rather then focusing on healing herself, she wants to make sure everyone gets out of here without suffering greatly, but mara has become her primary focus.
@ladyrhian: IC: *She looks over at the remaining chunks of sarevok, and then to the rest of the group. She knows that her spells are close to drained, and she speaks to minsc and mara directly, but loud enough that everyone can hear her.* Can...can we rest here? I...I want to make sure that.....that no one else will die. S-shar-teel.....you can use kivan as a pillow if you....if you like. *Assuming everyone else agrees, and they're going to sleep, she will go over to the chunks and pieces of sarevok, and find the biggest pile she can, and cast raise dead. She knows it won't work for long.........but she still remembers that he tried to hurt her friend.*
OOC: I'm going to look over my spells and if i change anything, i'll let you know. As far as not having levitate spell, i got my spell list directly from aerie's end of ToB spell book in my ToB game, as i assumed we were using BG spell list.
Edit: if anyone is stuck with the cursed sword, i will cast remove curse on them.
Shar-Teel looks up at Kivan, snickers, and loops the rope around a pillar. With an exaggerated yawn and stretch she walks over to a secluded corner where she can keep an eye on the others and sits down to rest.
OOC: Oops, did I leave too much slack in the rope? I doubt I'll be on in time tomorrow/ the rest of the week. If that does happen to be the case, I hope my character doesn't act too silly and perish too untimely. Ha.
Well, at least Kivan will be comfortable. Floating on air is VERY comfortable... except for the rope burns around his ankle. Mara conjures up a hot meal that is actually delicious, instead of the tasteless food that conjured food usually is, and hot tea before curling up on the stone floor in her dress and falling asleep.
@Katastrophe No, none of us have tried to wield the cursed sword. I dropped it to the floor, and I haven't had it fly back into my hands or into my knapsack. If it tries, Aerie will cast remove curse on me.
When we do wake up, will cast dispel on kivan *after shar-teel makes him explore the ceiling for doors/passages and he has to be close enough to the ground that he won't die or break bones and shar-teel hasn't put anything down to impale him on*. I'm not sure what shar-teel will do to torment him now that i got those out of the way, but i'm sure she'll find something.
