    Thankyou Keldorn for voicing what needed to be said. Now just need to push it a little further in

    The ring slides into the slot with a slight clunk, and you hear it falling down to somewhere below floor level. With a groan of stone on stone, the slab of stone making up this part of the wall begins to recede downwards into the floor. After a few minutes, you hear a snap of metal, and the slab finally meets flush with the floor. Beyond is a 10' by 10' landing, with stairs descending to the south.

    Alora is watching the archway in case anything emerges from the orange mist when they put the ring in the slot.

    OOC I'm picturing it like a coin slot in a vending machine, so clearly no part of Kivan would fit in there, piercing or no. That way, I won't be needing a bottle of brain bleach.

    The stairs go down about 20 feet, then the corridor makes a turn to the west. 30 feet after that, it ends in a door.

    OOC @LadyRhian LOL Yes. For those who really want to go crazy, there's Tenser's Mighty Enhancement. Of course, the drawback to that one is the blood loss to the other brain which causes unconsciousness.
