@Darkersun The All Things Mazzy mod now includes an actual Mazzy romance, plus a Mazzy friendship, a Clara NPC, a basic TOB Bodhi NPC and lots of other minor talks/changes because we are easily distracted people.
Request: In the NPC Banters,Romance,Friendship section could you change the name of Ratatoskr and my Mazzy mod to:
All Things Mazzy: Mazzy romance, friendship and more!
We now have several different mods so we're trying to figure out how to organize them but the only one that's actually completely finished is Mazzy, so we'll start there. We won't bother with listing our partially-complete mods (like Clara NPC) just yet.
Under the Romance/Friendship/Banter category:
1. All Things Mazzy: Romance and Friendship and More
2. Darkside Anomen: An Expansion for Evil Anomen
3. Flying Aerie: A Mod to Give Her Wings.
Under new NPC's:
1. Playable Clara NPC (Human Shadowdancer): Allows you to rescue Clara from Hexxat and have her join your party.
Also, I’ve just got out of Irenicus’ dungeon at the beginning of the game and met with Baelan. Is it normal for new areas not showing up on my map yet?

Some areas are only revealed after you received a quest for them. Which areas are you missing?

I installed some mods that are supposed to add new areas to the map, such as Check the Bodies, Shadows over Soubar, Eilistraee's Song, etc.
In my current playthrough the map is all messed up (some areas not showing up in the map, the areas’ icons not in the right positions, etc.), so I’m starting a new game to see if the issues are fixed once I get out of the dungeon at the beginning. Now the locations of the icons on the map are correct, but I’m also expecting to see areas such as Eilistraee’s clearing, but they are not there.
I am sure for Eilistraee's Clearing you need to get the quest first before it appears on the map in the game.
And changes to the Worldmap need a new game to show, yes.

Normally when it comes to installing mods it should be good to follow this structure:
1) non-weidu mods
2) story mods
3) NPC mods
4) item mods
5) kit mods
6) BG2Tweaks
7) other tweak/overhaul mods (for example SCALES of BALANCE)
8) SCS
9) aTweaks
My mods are Tweaks Anthology, SCS, Portraits everywhere, Lighting pack, Jimfix, EE UI Tweaks, Inferno, Ammoless, and Tresset’s choice tweaks. What would be the install order for these? For most of them it is unclear what category they fit.
All of those other than SCS and the portraits mod fall under tweaks. As a general rule, mods that change game rules fall under tweaks. I don't know what Inferno does, never heard of it before.
UI mods can be a little tricky these days, since some new mods don't play nice with them. I don't use them, so you may want to ask around about the UI tweaks.
@ThacoBell: Thank you. Inferno is a little gem of a mod that fixes the bug where a caster immune to some kind of damage has his spell disrupted when attacked with that kind of damage. As such, I guess it also falls under the tweaks category. Just in case, I have just asked the author to confirm. I have also asked the guys who manage EE UI Tweaks about that one.
By the way, this means that an awful lot of mods fall into the tweaks category. In my case they would be Lighting pack, Jimfix, (probably) Inferno, Ammoless and Tresset's tweaks. So all of these go into group 7, but within that group, can I just install them in any random order, or should I follow any rule?
About the portraits mod, what group does it belong to?
This is due to the current weidu v247. Look here for a workaround.
Generalized Biffing needs the same workaround with regard to WeiDU v247. Just puting this here for completeness sake, as the mod is not relevant for an EE install.
Comments
Edit. Never mind. Google is my friend
BGEE + SoD mods
BG2EE mods
I know it's in Polish, but you should be able to figure it out. Yellow colored mods means, it's EET compatible.
Ehlastra (the woman captured in Yaga-Shura's home) by Roxanne is BG2EE and EET compatible.
Oh wow, I always liked the idea of making her a joinable NPC. Glad that you brought this mod to my attention.
Thanks for continuing to manage this.

It's usually after the mods that need the Worldmap mod.

And as for Soubar it shows up later
But Hlondeth should be there right away

Portraits is probably a UI mod.
