    The other answer to my question (other than the Gibberling mountains), at least from what I can tell, is the Windspear Hills. You run into a bunch of mutated Gibberlings and Gibberlings just east of the Dryads. Other than that I only ever recall running into diseased Gibberlings.

    @Stygga Unshey, and it depends on your reputation. If you have a high Rep, you get a book (History of Tethyr) and 95 gp. But if your Rep is low, it's only 70 gp.
