    * Fog Cloud 1 Charge
    * Spectral force 2 Charge
    * Programmed illusion 3 Charge

    The rod has a +5 initiative modifier to activate, and the user can move normally (not melee), concentrating to maintain the effect. The rod has a range of 240 yards and affects an area 180 feet on a side. Illusions not closely related to the sea or sailing save at +1[/spoiler]
