Well now that only Bethesda has the rights to sell Fallout 1&2 (and tactics) and is the only one in control of the IP, there wouldn't be many legal red tape they have to cut through. Beamdog would just have to deal with Bethesda.
Albeit, Bethesda could ask for too much of the net sales to make it worth Beamdog's trouble.
. . anyway, did you guys heard about Fallout 1.5: Resurrection? It's *almost* like an official "SoD for BG series" ^^ (perhaps starting a new thread would be a better way, hmph. .)
Alright folks, I am really in the mood to design some more ponies. The first three people who PM me will get a custom ponysona designed by moi ~

Favourite colour(s):(This determines the ponysona's colour scheme) Hate colour(s):(I'll make sure to not use these colours) Build:(Are you tall, lanky, chubby, short, average, bulky, stocky, etc.) Facial structure:(Is your face roundish, slim, angular, etc.) Race:(Earth pony, unicorn, pegasus, crystal pony, sea pony, bat pony, etc. If you have problems deciding, use this quiz) Hair colour:(What colour has your hair) Skin colour:(What colour has your skin) Eye colour:(What colour have your eyes) Hair style:(Please be specific.) Gender: (What's your gender) Special talent:(That one defines the meaning of the cutie mark [the butt tattoo]. That can be something really obvious like being a good baker or something really subtle like being an excelent team player. If you don't know your special talent, I'll leave the ponysona a blank flank.) Symbolism:(This helps me define the visuals of the cutie mark. Should ideally be something you'd associate with your special talent [i.e. if you are a great baker you could put here what kind of pastry you prefer to bake]. Or just some visual que you really find apealing [like maybe you are obsessed with birds or something]. If you can't think of anything you can leave it empty and I will try to come up with something.) Accessories:(This one is entirely optional. Put here any accessories you wear almost all of the time, like glasses or such. If you want this to be accurate, you need to include some photos.) Emotion:(What emotion should the ponysona display in the drawing?) Other:(In case there is anything else that's important to the design, like maybe you have a really prominent facial scar, super thick eyebrows, a cool moustache or something.)
Including a photograph of you also helps immensely, but I know that some of you wouldn't be comfortable with that, so that's entirely optional.
Aside from that, I should mention that I take designing ponysonas more serious than most artists. It's insanely important to me, that the ponysona actually resembles the person it's supossed to represent (otherwise it doesn't qualify as a ponysona in my book) while still fitting the show's design style. If you don't like that, don't apply.
If this works smoothly enough, I might do some more afterwards.
