How does one become both vocalized and silenced at the same time?

    In Improved Anvil, there are two kinds of silence, Silence and Grave Silence, and Grave Silence is not countered by Vocalize, meaning you can have Grave Silence and Vocalize at the same time.

    This actually happened in watchera keep while I was wearing the amulet of power, vanilla.

    Nope, this silence was a curse, I literly had to unequip staff of magi so aerie could cast remove curse
