@JosefineS: I had to choose another picture of Matthew Bomer that had more natural contrast, and it seemed only appropriate to turn him into a paladin of Sune... I can make a version with other armor as well if you'd like.
Ok, got another request. this one might be more complex. Make her hair slightly brighter crimson or blood red.(the one labeled red hair is the color I was thinking of) if at all possible change the dress color to purple. Different background perhaps something with pillows.
@Isandir OMG! my heart just skipped a beat and my jaw dropped to the floor! You are so talanted! Paladin was a great choice, will absolutely use it! If you feel you have the time, I would also love to see a rouge or mage version.. Thank you!
@JosefineS: Glad you like it! I'll create an alternate version soon.
@tyrant009: I have to say, that's one of the...odder...requests I've seen here. In any case, is this something like what you had in mind? I didn't crop it to proper BG:EE dimensions, as I wasn't sure which part(s) you wanted. As usual, I can change parts if it doesn't quite fit what you wanted.
@Isandir do you handle all the requests on this page or only some of them? Just curious, I put up a picture on the page right before this one (near the bottom) but I don't want to ask so arrogantly lol...
@isander AWESOME! Dont worry about cropping for BG, I can easily do that. Im just not talented with the rest of the stuff like you are. Thank you kindly sir, much appreciated!
@Xavioria Emma Stone+red hair+purple dress+pillows.. you can't blame Isandir for accepting such challenge before going back to your request I'm sure he'll make an awesome portrait from your picture soon enough, or perhaps he's waiting for that Edwin pose?
@Nirorndir For Amber I use a couple tiefling portraits made by Sporeboy for NeverwinterNights, maybe you'll find a use for them
I always thought Idris Elba was a badass, but with this cropped and slightly retouched image from his part as Heimdall in Thor I can bring him into the forgotten realms. (Inquisitor with true sight anyone?)
Really interesting! I always thought Heimdall's armor in Thor was really epic! No way to get a pic with more portions of the helm and armor? And maybe DA sword?
When you get some free time, would you mind perhaps Baldurizing this picture and adding a new background? She has a black hood, but its hard to see with the black background behind it. Thank you very much sir
@Xavioria: I tend to just do this for fun. Though I try to do as many portraits as I can, I often end up picking the ones that interest me the most, or those that I have pieces in mind for. I'm also working on a mod right now, which eats up much more of my time.
I tried using the image you posted, but the resolution was rather low, and the image was grainy, so it was more difficult. I'm not quite happy with the way the hair or robe turned out. If you have another higher-quality image you could upload, I could give it another shot.
@jdemast: It already looked like it could fit BG, so I just adjusted the coloring and painted over some of the details to give it a slight oil painting appearance. If the background isn't light enough, just let me know and I'll switch it.
@Xavioria: Feel free to post another picture, and I'll try using it as a base. The best images have minimal pixelation and a fair amount of natural contrast.
@Nirorndir: Do you want an adjustment of one of the images you posted, or something entirely new? I wasn't quite sure based on your post.
This pic is awesome... If Jdemast doesnt mind...Up to jdemast though its his image. Im asking permission as it were.... If agreed... Could you make a version with a dark purple hood (just the hood) and the little lines on the hood gold and make them stand out a bit and gold armor shoulder plate, with glowing blue eyes (much like you did for my anti paladin but blue) And perhaps a grand hall or cathedral background Would make an awesome Paladin or Aasimar
Hey @Isandir, @SpaceInvader, would you guys mind if I used this portrait for my planned NPC mod? I will of course credit you and the original artist! Speaking of which, I'll have to ask for his/her permission too... But I'll start by asking you.

@Synthia GREAT work! Do you think you could post these halflings individually here instead of them being in a collage? I find it impossible to cut them into the right dimensions atm...
I... am very confused, as I can't seem to find the files with halflings on my computer, and they aren't in the dropbox either. O_o Perhaps I was working on them at work, and forgot to bring them home? I'll look for them tomorrow, and if they're there, I'll upload them for you.
@ anyone who might have tried to catch my attention in this thread over the past three months - I apologize profoundly for not responding - I'm not ignoring you, I just wasn't reading the thread or notifications. I skimmed the 15 (!) new pages as I came back, but I mostly just looked at the pretty pictures, so the written word pretty much escaped my notice. On that note, @Isandir - your pics are breathtaking. That is all.
And for the sake of not leaving a bare wall of text after the long negligence of my poor thread, I give you a more-or-less three months old picture I forgot to upload back when it was all new and shiny. It's another one of them 'one face across the races' projects. Nothing special, but better than nothing, right?

I allready cropped and uploaded those portraits for him actually. However, I took them back down again since I didn't want to take credit for your work or anything. Also, the crop-job is probably not as perfect as the original images.
@Sniiiimon: Go for it. I have no problem if you use my version of the fire mage, provided the creator of the original portrait consents as well.
@tyrant009: I'll put together your request soon. I've been absent from the forum for a while, and will likely continue to be largely absent over the next few weeks, so it may be a while.
In the meantime, here are two portraits I had made before, but updated to the newer style. The coloration of the first one hasn't changed much, but I did add the symbol of the Red Knight and tweaked a few other things.
Howdy doodle. Is anyone able to darken the skin on this lass as well make her hair more whitish? She's meant to be a duerger dwarf which I'm going to be using for my NPC mod. Greatly appreciated if anyone takes a look.

If you've been stalking my for whatever reason my only activity at the forum recently was entering the challenges at the 'Fan Creation' subforum. There's a ton of awesome pictures by various artists there.
