For those who don't remember Gnarl and Hairtooth are the half-ogres at the Gnoll's crib. 1. ''Me Gnarl. Me hungry!'' 2. ''This our bridge. You pay to walk it.'' 3. Hairtooth has the gauntlets of dexterity.
1) ... according to what casters say after suffering a particular wild surge. 2) ... although you will hear it from someone else. 3) ... because it triggers a quest.
Not always, @RelSundan ... but the rule is that whoever first solved the last riddle sets the next, and I like riddles, so I've solved several since I joined the game, so it's been my turn several times ... and also, perhaps, because I've been accused of setting tough ones (even when I've tried to set an easy one!), so it sometimes takes a while for someone to spot the solution, which leaves me stuck in the driving seat in the meantime.
Perhaps I ought to take a break from this game and leave it all to other players for a while?
