If I Had a Heart by Fever Ray... makes me want to forge up a sword and annex the neighbor's house! I actually play this in the car on the way to play sport.

Brideshead Revisited is an adaptation of an Evelyn Waugh novel about social class and repressed sexuality. It's very good. It was also filmed at Castle Howard, North Yorkshire. The money from filming helped to pay for the restoration of the house following a fire.
Space 1999. I grew up with that. I had two toy Eagle spaceships. It was Gerry Anderson's second live action series, after UFO. And Brian Blessed and Bernard Cribbins where both in it. The rebooted Thunderbirds series referenced it in an episode that featured Shado-Alpha Moonbase.
Seems I was right remembering this being a thread. This summer has been my watching a bunch of anime for the first time summer, so I guess I can actually contribute now (I don't usually watch anything but youtube stuff)
Kimi no Na wa/Your Name
Honestly, how has this not been mentioned at all yet? The soundtrack is fantastic! The movie is fantastic! If you haven't watched it, go watch it! Unfortunately at this point you pretty much need to get the blu ray, and if you want the dub you'll need to wait until the UK release. Also, both dub and sub are actually pretty good for this. I watched dub because I wanted to drag my family into watching an anime (even if movie instead of show) and so I am sharing those songs (done by the same band and same singer)
I literally can't find a non remixed full version of ambiguous in what I was willing to search, so I guess enjoy some person doing a custom Rocksmith thing.
First anime I watched, because of the absurd premise. I was just too curious. Don't remember many of the songs, but here is opening and closing 1, and another opening I was able to remember liking.
I also remember Koe no Katachi (A silent Voice) having some nice arrangements, but non lyrical tracks tend to not stand out as much and would take time for me to find my favorites. Plastic Memories also had a great soundtrack but, as glad as I am that I watched it, I now get what I could only describe as PTSD when I think of it XD Let's just say it's theme hits a little to close to some of my own fears, and so they struck me hard. I enjoyed it, but i'll stay away from it now. Had to cheer myself up with Konosuba right after that. Really needed a comedy right then.

Space 1999 - a sci-fi series from when I was a kid. Today 1999 isn't sci-fi but retro - and the moon is still around.

Not really a big fan of the film, but Zimmers music hits the spot at least.
