    The archives include readme's that indicate this kind of thing...

    According to them, this one should be the right one, dsotscv102.zip !

    Hello! I have a megamod EET Instalation, with NtoSC, and some other mods, and played the game until past cloackwood mines, done already almost all the quests in bg, and foiled the Iron Throne assassination attempt.
    Then i installed DSofTSC, mid game. I exited Baldurs Gate and meet the NPC Elf Cleric outside FAI, and aceepted her quest. for what I know, I cutscene dream-like its supposed to happen, but it not happen. Then i go to Peldvale and go to the east exit, the mouse wheel turns like there was an exit, but when i click to exit, the Wood of Sharp Teeth Map doesn't show up! It's supposed to appear east of peldvale, in EET Map.
    Do i have to start a new game, for it to work?

    @MarciusVetrack Firstly, this thread is for the BG:EE version of DSotSC. The EET version is here: http://www.shsforums.net/forum/202-dsotsc-bgteet/
    Secondly, NTotSC needs to be installed after DSotSC for compatibility reasons.
    And like Graion already said, changes to the Worldmap only show for a new game, and it's usually recommended to start a new game of you change the mod setup.

    sry but I must say my thing: Actually completed this mod and only install it if you are not and I mean really NOT easily annoyed because this mod is imo to put it mildly annoying as hell. Bad npc, bad quests, bad areas (cave after cave really there is like 4 or 5 identical caves full of fecking spiders), absolutely horrible outdated "AI" scripts (vampires going invisible and NOT attacking are the best ever!! and they are immune to divination! you just can't save the game even for an hour or two, great fun!), quests design just boggles (final fight is just.....redacted) the mind and ofcourse it adds a lot of completely ridicoulus items more op than ToB items.
    I have completed it, yes, because I dunno why? Nostalgia? 20 years ago this mod was probably cosidered to be great (and rightfully it was!!! then) but nowadays standards are much higher and if you install this, it will create quite a big negative contrast with the rest of the mods and the the game overall and thats why I do not recommend it. If you want something challenging install Stone of Askavar (by the same author). SoA is much much better and I recommed it 100%!

    heh! a sidenote (a different point of view, I am kinda undicided here), just to be completely fair to the old mods. I am really not sure if some of the new "standards" are actually that much better in terms of maintaining the game balance. rings + 4 to THAC0, item upgrades weapons to + 3 or even +4, and especially new classes (archer can have 5 apr even without any upgrades, warhulk can have -15 THAC0 at level 8 and hit for 120 dmg non crit LOL, classes adding op abilities basically HLAs at level 4 or even 1, there is a warhound class that using good kiting can solo bandit camp at lvl 1, ect. ect. ) It started with tutu, right? and just become better and better, eh?

    So, the old gods (I mean mods) you are baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad, outdated and... well fecking old but I kinda miss you. ;DD

    In detail, the "world map" file is included in the save. If you mod the game mid-stream and add areas, some of which are placed on that map, then that map change doesn't propagate to the existing save. Any new areas aren't on the map and can't be reached by using it to travel. It doesn't matter how much progress you made; even a save in the Candlekeep tutorial will leave those new areas inaccessible.
    Events during the game often reveal areas on the world map that you couldn't see before. That doesn't help with this; you can't reveal something that's not there in the first place.

    I'm pretty much guessing at this point that v1.02 of DSotSC is simply not compatible with v2.5 (BG:EE) or later.

    @Wulcy which areas do crash for you? or what exactly do you mean with infinite loading circle. If you know the area codes, can you cheat travel to the areas via console?

    DSotSC works fine with verision 2.5.17.0 which is the install I have. I suspect it will be a compatibility issue with one of the other Mods you have installed. Which one though is impossible for me to tell.
