I have 5 characters with 40 stats (cheated) cause I want to constrate more on the story and reading.
The most of the characters are stuck in level 9. Cant level up to 10.

How far along are you? What is currently being worked on -what has been dropped and what has gone in the "maybe" pile?
How many are working on the mod? What are your assignments?
Are graphics (AI upscaling) being worked on still or did you move on from that?
Is there any sort of time frame on how far you are or when you're done?
It's been 2 years since I've learned of your project and I am very interested to know where you're all at.

I have rough experience with Infinity Engine, been writing custom tools for modifying Baldur's Gate data (using Gibberlings 3 data format docs).
I have no Java experience though, but I can easily adapt.
The original IE games suffer from a large number of bugs on the sound front which prevent a lot of sounds (and sometimes animations) from ever playing back. @skellytz researched and documented these issues in this thread (not just the OP), and his Infinity Sounds mod takes care of them for classic BG, BG2, and BGT. He's also in touch with Beamdog to have the fixes implemented in the Enhanced Editions with patch 2.7.
Is this something you've been looking into for IWD2:EE as well?
On an unrelated note—any plans for a half-dragon companion? If nothing else because half-dragon sprites are the best looking in the game
