    It could turn a sweet message into something horrible.

    Imagine someone wanted to say "Martians are great!" in a foreign language, and Google would translate it wrongly into "Venusians are great!"

    What horror that would be!

    The greatest horror would be when I forwarded the message to the Venusians with the coordinates of your home attached :)
