    How long is it supposed to be "getting download info"? Should I be concerned, or is it just the traffic?

    Same here, getting download info and Beamdog client's never worked for me (gets stuck on a loading screen)

    "getting download info" too.
    - DMZ
    - Firewall ok
    - not recieve the email yet
    - problem on both beamdog launcher and BG launcher

    On beamdog ALL tabs have infinite loading after loggin.

    Watch the tweets, looks like demand is heavy! I can't join in the fun 'cause I'm a using a Mac. I wonder if we'll trash Apple's servers when BGEE gets released?

    Servers crash, update is not working and e-mail not send yet... I think Beamdog have to ready for this traffic. Many of people around the world waiting this game more than ten years. İt's not a good start for you...

    For those of you using the Beamdog Client, can you check within the application directory (The default is C:\Program Files (x86)\BeamDog) to see if you have a file called "BeamDog.trace"?

    If so, please email it to us as it contains useful debugging information.

    Thx for your replies, I was so excited that i missed that part about installer in the top post :)@ttacir, I wouldn't bother about overloaded servers - it might have been expected. Wait until tomorrow or even day after tomorrow - anyway, the game can't be played atm.

    I'm trying to install through the stand-alone version, but when I try to log in (which apparently is required to download the full game?) I get an error:
    "Verification failed due to a server error."

    Dark moon "monks" casting arcane spells... so we have dual/multi monk/sorcerer class now? :)!?

    I saw Dorn's character screen now, and BG EE explains now exactly how each variable affect the Armor class (plate mail armor, dexterity...) could the hidden bonus (full plate mail armor giving a -2 bonus against missiles) appear there also?

    It will be fine, preloads and launches always have problems. Given enough traffic it sky-rockets.

    But it's necessary to try and download so they can see as well what is the problem :p
