New Shaman Class - What do we think?

Has anyone played around with the new Shaman class yet? If so, what do you think of it, any hints or tips?

Shamans are awesome.

That's, uh... That's really all I can say. I'm not a power gamer nor have I played this for 20 years, so I can't analize it much deeper than that.

But they're awesome.
And fun as hell to play with.

Shamans are great and a little underappreciated. I wish we had some official kits for them though. Luckily there a few really good kits available with mods.

It is kind of strange that they're the only class that doesn't have at least one kit.
Maybe we'll get something in the next update?

I thank you for the link, but I don't play with mods. At least, not for now.

If you're looking for kits, best place to look is in mods. Not just much more there than in vanilla but most are better than the devs invent them.

Haven't played one through the game yet, outside of M'Khiin..They seem ok, but they are definitely not recommended for a first run. Missing out on strongholds in that way can be somewhat disappointing.

From my point of view Totemic druids and their summons seem to have more novelty.

for me its just a flavored druid kit which cant dual class and have all spells for a bunch of useless novelty's.

i would rather play a shapeshifter and claw underwhelmingly at my enemy's in derpwolf form, at least hes a full caster.
