((Also, this post isn't a part of the game itself, but as the original poster of this thread, I would like to make my opinion known on a specific matter:
I disagree with @semiticgod 's decision to delete all of the posts ending with y, and in fact it actually upsets me quite a lot. There are still plenty of y-words out there, and the fact that they are more uncommon than words starting with other letters is more a fun challenge than anything else. Just because one moderator dislikes this challenge and does not like thinking up y-words does not mean he should ruin the fun for the rest of us.
On top of that, it ruins the flow of the thread and leaves me forever wondering which words the missing links are. I will never know, because they have been deleted. I cannot do anything about it, because I am not a mod and he is, and because I am not a mod and he is, I have been a bit scared to speak my mind about this. That is the only reason I didn't say anything sooner. But I just want to go on record as saying this upsets me and has put a damper on my enjoyment of this game I have started. Not to mention it feels like my entire thread has been hijacked by a particularly angry mod.
@LadyEibhilinRhett: The idea was to make things easier for people who wanted to post but couldn't think of a valid reply. I didn't want the thread to get stuck because somebody ended a word with a Y. Sometimes the "Who Am I?" thread also gets stuck when a riddle is too obscure or the next person forgets to post a new one (like I once did!), forcing everyone else to wait. I resorted to deletion when my previous pleas went unnoticed.
But if it bothers you that much, I will not delete any more posts ending with Y. I was trying to make things smoother and more fun for everyone involved, but if that's not the effect of the deletions, I will not continue them. I apologize for ruining the fun for you.
Don't be afraid to speak your mind, @LadyEibhilinRhett. I definitely do not want to intimidate anyone into silence. I suppose I've come off very draconian in this thread... and since you've only just now returned to the forums, I'm guessing this is your formative experience with me as a moderator! It must be a terrible first impression.
So, posts ending with Y will no longer be deleted. And my apologies once again.

(Note the lack of a 'y' ending to escape censorship.)
(because arch-enemy would be deleted)
