    What is the new Spoiler tag? I tried < div class="Spoiler" > < /div >, but it does not work.

    If you switch to HTML-view you can use the <div class="spoiler"> tag, but in WYSIWYG it'll ignore the HTML. Instead, look under the Paragraph button and select "Spoiler", and that will spoiler-ify the highlighted text.

    @Aedan @Shandyr you need to use the editor formatting bar, or use the source view to use a spoiler like that.

    Does color shadow<span style="text-shadow: 0 0 12px rgb(70,130,255);color:RGB(0,225,255)">color shadow</span> work ?
    <span style="text-shadow: 0 0 12px rgb(70,130,255);color:RGB(0,225,255)"> *some text* </span>
    Test 2:
    [span style="text-shadow: 0 0 12px rgb(70,130,255);color:RGB(0,225,255)"]color shadow[/span]

    @Troodon80 , could you look into color shadow?

    The simplified spoiler code still doesn't work correctly for multiple spoilers in a post.

    Spoiler 1

    Spoiler 2

    The method suggested by @Troodon80 in this post seems to be more reliable.

    Spoiler: First spoiler
    Spoiler 1

    Spoiler: Second spoiler
    Spoiler 2

    Spoiler: Third spoiler
    Spoiler 3

    Edit: Hmm, editing existing posts removes the advanced spoiler tags.

    Whoa! How did you do it argent?

    Just went a bit crazy. I've used a couple of transform styles to rotate the text.

    The text-shadow effect still works. You have to activate HTML view to enter the code, and don't switch back or any advanced formattings will be discarded.

    I got it. In the new format brackets <> are read as <span style="text-shadow: 0 0 12px rgb(70,130,255);color:RGB(0,225,255)"> & lt; & gt;</span> So, my post above doesn't show shadows if I don't switch html view.
    Once again,thanks @argent77.
    Also, in html view space doesn't work. You have to type
    <span style="text-shadow: 0 0 12px rgb(70,130,255);color:RGB(0,225,255)"> < br ></span>

    The only problem is when I want to edit old html written text, it has been overwritten by new one and needs to be rewritten again to add new text.
  • argent77argent77 Member Posts: 3,476
    Yes, I hope this issue will be solved yet. You should be able to salvage the original code by activating HTML view in the "New comment" box and quote your post before editing.

    My images do not work. I used the <img src="http://www.crossfitoffremont.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/hamster_wheel.jpg"&gt; yet nothing happens.

    hamster_wheel.jpg

    How to translate this in BBCode?
    <span style="font-weight: bold">
    <span  style="display: inline-block; padding: 0 0.5em; color: #ffffff; text-shadow: 0 0 1.0em red, 0 0 1.0em red, 0 0 1.2em red;">
     Glowy red text

    The format buttons along the top of the Quick Reply Box does not have a button for underlining. Also I dunno if regular users are meant to be able to do Poll's, I know I seemingly can't or at least there is no button for making one.
