Not really, no. I mean, it seemed that the joke was that there was this guy who wanted to dress like a woman (yes, a character with your name), so he made a magic item that was the visual equivalent of the Girdle of Masculinity/Femininity. And this is supposed to be funny somehow. Yes, there are guys who like to cross-dress (or who want to). But I don't think that the idea itself is somehow inherently funny. I just don't get what about it is supposed to be so hilarious.
For me, THIS is funny- check out the guy in the maid outfit- but I find it funny only because DAMN, he makes one UGLY woman. And that expression…
in case you are wondering. It's the classes from TeamFortress 2 dressed up as the characters from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", and the woman is the Announcer, who is dressed as "The Criminologist". From left to right, it's the Demoman as Eddie, Pyro as Rocky (aka Pyrocky), Spy as Dr. Frank-n-Furter, The Heavy Weapons Guy as Coiumbia, Scout as Janet, Sniper as Brad, The Soldier as Magenta, The Medic as Dr. Scott, and the Engineer as Riff-Raff.
I was at the southern most point and there a strip where the tourists go as it is a small place there were like 100 bars and one strip club we hit every bar that week then the last night a few of us went to a strip club and found the cheapest drinks the rest of the guys went to the brothel. There was a cross dresser expo or something going on when we were there it was so funny we had our pictures taken with them.
