    @ladyrhian no worries, will cast heal on him unless cure serious wounds is a better match, not sure of his max hp :)

    As I general rule, I prefer to avoid stabby things, so I'll stay in the doorway and shoot at any swords that get any delusions of grandeur.

    OOC Yes, I pay more attention to the posts from this group in other threads as well.

    Okay... Coran shoots at the swords on the walls. Suddenly, they all animate and go after the group in the room: Aerie, Kivan, and Minsc. DM: And the group turns to @Minevese and shoots him with the dagger glares of death...

    So, that's 16 swords and 8 shields... (and combat will have to wait until I get home- no dice to roll. Sorry!)

    well, will be asleep when you do it, i'm going to buff and heal as much as i can, i have 2 raise dead and hopefully will get kivan healed up lol. no one dies here today. :)

    unless there's another demon mouth, then i'm a goner :((

    I'm still set on rescuing Aerie and now Alora from the room if they get horribly maimed. The men can fend for themselves.

    geez, just saw a very bad, vivid mental image of shar teel doing a very sudden cavity search on minsc......going to have nightmares tonight.

    OOC: @Bjjorick The only Cavities Shar-Teel would explore are those she'd create with a sword or spear.

    OOC: @katastrophe yeah, but i can't get that image out of my mind. lol, anyways, was worth a shot, i love whenever someone tries to take boo from minsc, but you have to admit, even if shar teel is a man hater, seems like she would have a hard time hating minsc. He does his best to protect females but don't hinder them at all. He failed dynaher, but that wasn't his fault. And in game, he does a great job taking care of aerie until the pc starts to take care of her :)

    OOC: @Bjjorick The only praise he'd get from Shar-Teel would be that he's smart enough to let a female rule him. That's about it.

    There's supposed to be a door on the other side of the room right? I suggest we go through there and lure the swords and shields in through the door and pick them off one by one.

    There is another door across the way, yes. You don't know if it's locked or trapped, though.

    @Awong124 AC 1, currently. You can't use your shield or Dex because you are prone on the ground after being whacked on.

    The swords and shields rise from their places on the walls and dive at you. You defend yourself as best you can under the onslaught. The sound of clashing metal on metal is a horrendous din. Alora wakes when a sword buries itself deep in her thigh (9 damage 1/2 movement until HEALed.). Aerie takes a beating from the two pairs of swords that go after her (14 damage). Minsc tries his best to protect everyone, but he can't cover four people at once, and he takes 10 damage in the melee. And Kivan takes 18 as he scrabbles both for the door and to get to his feet.

    I'm wearing a +4 ring of protection, so my ac should have been -3 the entire time.

    I have to go for a few hours. So assume I go for the door, and try to help everyone in the room through the door. Then we draw the enemies in through the door.

    Alora is here. She hops towards the door and frantically checks for traps whilst screaming Minsc you are meant to be a hero! She then tries to open the door and get out.
