TIAX is indeed stronger than Alora, but she has a head start on him. As for the ring... it might be back in the room with the statue. It could have gone through the portal like Alora did.
Finally, Minsc appears to be getting annoyed, frustrated or both. "Boo says, 'Enough'!" he practically bellows. "Enough with the standing around. We are here to butt kick evil. Let us do so!"
Is that you elf. Tiax smells anger and angst coming from behind and Tiax would prefer an elf to an invisible stinging creature with an obsession with Tiax's rump.
While Kivan and Tiax are going down the red tunnel can I look at the Orange and Purple stones again. I won't touch them but do they look like they can be opened?
*Tiax lets Kivan pass and calls to Minsc* Hamster Carrier, leave the paladins to protect the halfing. Tiax requires your presence for possible butt kicking of evil. Not Tiax though, there shall be no kicking of Tiax's rump, it is sore.
Okay. You head through the passageway covered by the illusion of Red. The passageway heads west for almost forty feet before making an abrupt turn towards the south. Beyond is a 30' by 30' square room with three chests in it. One chest appears to be made of solid gold, the second of solid silver, and the third of iron-banded wood.
However, TIAX, Kivan, and Ajantis soon realize that the silver and gold is a not very good plating job over iron.
OOC The poem is on page 10 is anyone wants to have a crack at it. It talks about keys (which could be keystones). The colours in this room are also quite odd. I think they are significant but I don't know how?
I do feel the need to inform you simians that while you were dodging and fearing this useless box, I was reading ancient tongues on these walls and floor. They do provide us a measure of information about what is to come;
ACERAK CONGRATULATES YOU ON YOUR POWERS OF OBSERVATION. SO MAKE OF THIS WHAT YOU WILL, FOR YOU WILL BE MINE IN THE END NO MATTER WHAT.
Go back through the Tormentor or through the arch and the second great hall you'll discover. Shun green if you can, but night's good color is for those of great valor. If shades of red stand for blood the wise will not need sacrifice aught but a loop of magical metal- you're well along your march.
Two pits along the way will be found to lead to a fortuitous fall, so check the wall. These keys and those are most important of all, and beware of trembling hands and what will maul, If you find the false you find the true and into the columned hall you'll come and there's the throne that's key and keyed.
The iron men of visage grim do more than meets the viewer's eye. You've left and left and found my Tomb and now your soul will die. ______
You may thank me for translating this poorly rhymed piece of drivel whenever you feel like it (though sooner rather than later, yes)

Save me! Save me!
EDIT: NVM, you were asking in character.

"Be careful, Boo is wary of losing friends."
Looks off as if pondering to himself.
"I do not understand why we go toward the lesser evil. Should we not go towards the greatest?..."
