We should give a clairvoyant badge to whomever gets the champion right...
I am am a level 100 sorcerer, among other things. I will win the World. Cup. Cup, yes that's what I said. I will win the World Cup. With spell triggered Copies. And charm person. And Ray of enfeeblement.
We should give a clairvoyant badge to whomever gets the champion right...
Well, we have a prediction game here with the system of points. The one who wins it should definitely be awarded. I wonder, however, would @Jalily permit any badges for the non-BG related prediction.
I think that everyone can decide if you're giving a match-by-match prediction or not. Guessing the right outcome will give 1 point and guessing the right score will provide 2 points. You're free to either not to predict games as they go by at all, or to predict several games (even one if you like), or to predict every single match. You're completely free!
When I will come here, I will put your predictions into an xls table so that everyone can check the latest version.
Because the next 4 days are a long weekend in my country and I can't be here at the weekend, I give predictions regarding the first 11 matches.
Brazil - Croatia 2:0 Mexico - Cameroon 2:1 Spain - Netherlands 2:2 Chile - Australia 2:0 Colombia - Greece 0:1 Côte d'Ivoire - Japan 2:3 Uruguay - Costa Rica 3:0 England - Italy 1:1 Switzerland - Ecuador 1:0 France - Honduras 4:0 Argentina - Bosnia-Herzegovina 3:1
Feel free to join.
I will put in real results as soon as I watch the appropriate match.
I just want to emphasize that we all live in different parts of the world so while I encourage everyone to discuss the results, please, do it in spoilers. For i.e., according to my country time, matches will start at 8 p.m., at 11 p.m. and even at 2 a.m. So I will be able to watch them only on the next day or even later because I have to go to my work as well;)
It really comes down to if Montaron and Xzar will work out on the center, Sarevok getting the ball in his striker position and Korgan not pulling a red card early in the match.

No chance on that Korgan not getting a red card (unless Kagain bribes the officials)

You willing to put your money on that? I've heard that Mazzy will be in the main team and start out as the left wing, so it's going to be an interesting match. With Mazzy on the field i'm sure he'll try his best to stay out there, and as you mentioned there is always Kagain. After the last four matches and the bribery that followed they put Kagain on the bench under observation, but the officials had no power over who the team put next to him, so we're having Kagain and Jan Jansen on the same bench. This will be the game of the century no doubt.
I don't like picking second or third place since it all depends on who meets who at what time. I really don't like picking goalscorers and minutes since literally anything can happen. I'm picking Brazil but I think Spain and Germany are equally likely. For the first goal? I guess I'll pick the most likely goalscorer (Fred, perhaps?) and a random minute... lets say 26!

A new prediction challenge. Predict when and by whom will the opening goal be scored. I predict 29th game minute by Ivan Rakitić (Bra 0 - Cro 1).
"There is no spoon. Only cucchiaio. Let me show you"
"Hey Deuce, you getting this?"
"Let me see"
