Activity
We can't tag people in activity. We can't use HTML in comments. You can here. Basically I'm hoping we could just have a thread for random and off-topic stuff that doesn't merit it's own thread. You just reached 500 comments? Personal achievement? Interesting but completely off topic story? Here is the place. Basically it's a bragging thread, and hopefully it works. I shall begin with my weekend, also posted in real activity:
I have some catching up yo do around here; I just had a hell of a weekend. Grandma turned 80 yesterday, and the family had been plotting a surprise party. My aunt and uncle travel a lot so had a great deal of flier miles, and she got got me and me and my dad tickets to fly up for the weekend. We would all fly in Saturday evening, stay a night at a hotel, then rent a car and drive an hour to the party from the hotel, and fly home Sunday night. A great ordeal for just a few hours of visitation, but we think it's worth it.
Sunday morning everything was going to plan. We got out to the rental car place, and I was able to convince my dad to get the mustang. Which was amazing. I had to sit in back but still.
Grandpa had reserved a small conference room and lunch at a close holiday inn, so we met there with the rest of the family and waited. All that went well and good, and when we got back to then grandparents house I had finally talked me dad into letting me drive the Mustang around the block. That was The. Most. Fun. I have had in a lonnngggg time.
After a while we had to get back to the airport and said goodbye to my aunt, and sat down in the terminal for our flight. As we where waiting the announced that they were overbooked and needed 5 people to give up their seat for a $300 delta voucher and a ticket to go home tomorrow. A few minutes later they where saying $400. Then $500. My dad looked at me. "That's almost worth it". $600. $700. We gave eachother looks. $800. "I'll call mom."
By the time we got up to the counter they only needed on seat, but they gave us both the deal. In the end we got $10 each for food at the airport, a night a (albeit economy, but still)hotel, $800 in delta money, tickets for the flight home the today, and I got to miss school for my birthday. We just got back home a few hours ago.
Not bad... Really not bad.

I know, it's been done before but I haven't seen one in a while. I'll probably label it with quests someday. If you have suggestions for quests please post them.
1. Nice car!
2. You need a hair cut!
3. Maybe this is because I'm not from the Midwest and therefore not used to seeing a world so... flat... but it looks like a tornado is about to hit y'all in the upper right corner
Vertical up weaves are much easier with short circuit than stick. Wait, you guys know welding, right?
Luckily we are a good moderator squad so problem solved! ;D
Thank you all mates for your collaboration for the good of this forum.
About the spambots I have an easy explanation... We have a spawn point in the forums :-)
Dear Sir!
You did not even answer our friendly chatter of September 19 with the request to give a speech like the Oscar. You force us to remind you of your debt by this screenshot:
The Forum
I'd like to thank the spam bots for being a good sport and showing up to be banished.
I'd like to thank my fellow moderator for joining the sports. And for being good fellows.
And finally I'd like to thank the fine people from the forum for rarely giving me reason to intervene in a thread in my moderator role. You're all nice folk.

Here are the old pics:
I wonder if I can get a santa hat for my real life picture when the Christmas season begins? Or maybe I'll just use the wizard picture again from Thanksgiving to New Year's Day.
2. No thank you.
3. that actually happened
