After we got home from seeing Big Hero 6, we watched Maleficent. My girls all liked it, it was a little scary at times for the 3 year old, but it was an enjoyable adventure. CGI was bananas good.
Walking dead is on tonight, the wife and I are very excited to see (spoilers?) how group #2 is fairing.
Well, the computer could not be recovered. We got a new iMac and the apple store was able to restore it to a September backup. While I'm glad we get a new computer the backup is almost two months old, and I have lost all of my IWD playthrough and some pictures and stuff.
Watched some stand up comedy on Netflix last night called "Fatman & Littleboy" it was very funny. We have edge of tomorrow & snowpiercer at home from Netflix DVD to watch soon.
in the uk we generally get one fairly heavy overnight snow, the snow on the ground will last for a while but that's usually all we get. of course the entire country shuts down when someone even mentions snow, especially the airports
In journalism class we're talking about ethics(specifically journalistic, but still) and while most of the class is jumping on these new and exciting(albeit completely hypothetical) ethical dilemmas I'm already bored and jaded having seen to many fruitless discussions about alignment:)
So, it has happened! I want to congratulate @elminster on doing it! For a year and a half Dee was an leader and to tell the truth it was hard to believe it could change.
But elminster has managed to achieve that. His constant useful contrivution to the forum, his insights into the game mechanics, his Jansen's jokes, his humour made him an integral part of the forum and brought the support and love of many forumites.
Maybe someone would say the whole points and reactions system is wrong and isn't needed. But elminster's points tally shows the huge amount of usefulness he brought to anyone who needed advice on BG and other problems. It's a true testament to the huge role elminster plays here day by day.
I'm so happy for him! May K. "elminster" Marshall GRogerson always guide all of us on the road of wisdom and understanding!
