@Pokota of course you do. It doesn't work the same way if the target isn't a chicken. Alora will be fine either way, the spell just sends the rabbit's foot flying away from her so you can pick it up from the ground.
If the rabbit's foot makes its save, though, that's another story.
If you export you BG2 save into Neverwinter Nights, your Bhaalspawn has a cameo. If you chose godhood, there is little chapel in City Center (or however it was called) in Chapter I, and if you chose humanity, you can find
In BGEE (and BG with ToTSC installed) if you fail to travel within 60 days to Baldur's Gate after leaving Candlekeep (in Chapter 6) a cutscene will start showing the ascension of Sarevok as a Grand Duke. This will be followed by a movie showing the carnage that ensued once Sarevok declared war against Ann.
Originally, it was intended that the cutscene and movie only trigger if you have not stopped the ceremony within 60 days of leaving Candlekeep. However, this was changed in Tales of the Sword Coast to give players more opportunity to explore the new areas.
There's an old sea captain that will take you to Werewolf Island. He's heard a lot in his travels of the seas and had long ago determined its location based on its impact on the currents. He'll take you there, for a price. A pretty dark price at that.
In any case, should you decide to be curious of such things, you'll find him in one of the taverns of Baldur's Gate's dock area.
Should you choose to go this route the outcome will of course be quite different.
Did you know there's a unique game over movie in the original Baldur's Gate if CHARNAME is killed by a disintegration effect?
The animation shows CHARNAME's hand laid flat against the floor with an expanding pool of blood coming from off camera.
The two death scenes were originally supposed to be reversed, but after the assets got mixed up they just went with it, sticking with the same death animation in later games.
If you finish BG1 with a character named Psy you are treated to an animated version of Gangnam Style featuring Baldur's Gate characters rather than the usual Sarevok death movie.
If you name your character "Piergeiron the Paladinson" or "The Thickskull", are a human male warrior, and say the correct dialogue options you can actually just walk straight into the coronation of Sarevok without requiring an invitation. Turns out none of the guards actually know what the Open Lord of Waterdeep actually looks like, but all have heard his name (the guards are also admittedly a bit incompetent).
Did you know that Watcher's Keep is only a "keep" in metaphorical sense? The bulk of the fortress you see is just a first level. Next parts are located on different planes - that's why you use portals to descent. After all, Imprisoned One is too dangerous to just keep in some forsaken dungeon, right? Even if it broke wards, it'll take much to reach Prime.
Did you know that the developers actually never accounted for multiclass falling mechanics?
As a result, if the player's reputation drops below 6 the character will lose all divine casting abilities and their charm animal ability, leaving only their ability to turn undead intact.
Did you know that druids don't actually protect nature from civilization? They protect civilization from bees by keeping their favored habitat intact.Bees are the most powerful race in Faerun. The only reason they haven't conquered the world is because of druids.

Did you know that Druids are, in fact, bees' favourite habitat? They're porous, like sponges. The various "spells" are simply the swarm defending their territory.
Did you know that the abandoned house in High Hedge belongs to Thalantyr?
There was a dummied out quest in BG1 where he asks the player to kill the Huge Spider in front of the household. Due to its unfinished state, success didn't actually net the player any tangible reward, but did cause his conversation tree to bypass his usual introduction, allowing direct access to his shop menu with one fewer conversation option.

Faldorn is the female form of Dorn. Faldorn Il-Khan is actually a Half-Orc like her younger brother; she just disguised herself as a human so she could follow her dream of becoming a Druid, when 2nd Edition rules forbade it.
You can get into Baldur's Gate as early as chapter 1. However, you can only do so by being snuck in late at night (and only if at least 30 days have passed since the start of the game).
And Keldorn is their human half-brother. The syllable "Kel-" just means half while "Fal-" means female.
Furthermore, we all know that Dorn is half-orc. What is never mentioned in game is his other half is dwarf, and his ancestors once lived in Dorn's Deep before it fell into ruin, which is what he was named for. It's not something easily noticeable, since he got his height from his orcish side.
Imoen's mother was an expert on old Norse mythology and she therefore called her daughter Imoen Bhaalsdóttir. How Immy failed to make the connection remains a mystery.

She needs to tell you her name every 5 minutes or so even when she knows you've known each other for your entire lives... I don't see what's surprising about her not noticing

C:SetGlobal("GetMeOutOfThisHellHole","GLOBAL",1)
This not only advances your chapter but also automatically kills Davaeorn and sets the variable for the release of the slaves.
The actual command is
C:GetMeOutOfThisHellHole(1,FALSE)
If you do TRUE instead of FALSE, you've drowned the slaves!

So strictly speaking Anomen could be running into battle with a spear in hand.

CLUAConsole:SetCurrentCode("2ED")
This also unlocks the kits that were originally conceived for the game.
