Alora is disappointed with the treasure haul. She heads to the door on the opposite side of the room to the one we came in through and listens and checks for traps before opening it.
Outside, she sees a corrdor running east/west. To the east, 20' from the door, is a door blocking the corridor. Alora reasons this must be the same door that she saw at the end of the corridor to the west before they entered the room with the desk. To the west, she sees yet more corridor that continues past where she can see. No doors yet, though.
Anomen wipes his spear clean. "I think we should rest here," he says, feeling a little exhausted and still injured from the trap earlier. "There are atleast soft beds in this room and it should be easy to defend if you spike the doors."
Alora agrees, resting would be a good idea. She will spike the doors as Anomen suggests and then take the first watch. "A while ago we found a throwing dagger that I think might be magical," she says, showing the dagger to Edwin and Aerie.
You lay yourself down to rest, having spiked the doors. The beds are a little bit... fragrant, but comfortable. You lie down and rest, regaining spells and each healing 1 hit point. before any spells are used. You wake to a breakfast of trail bread, cheese, buts and fruit gained on your last adventure. Alora has some cake.
You walk down the corridor. it quickly widens out into a cave passage running north-south. There are no light globes here, just burnt-out torches. With your own light gem, you can see an opening to the north and slightly east. To the south, you see straight corridor to the extent your light reaches.
After resting, Anomen lays his hands on Minsc. "We can't have you walking around with these wounds attempting to protect Lady Aerie. Torm the God of Duty and Righteousness will not allow it."
OOC:Sorry i missed the rest Arkanis would like to know the properties of the sword that made the ghost illusion warrior. "Hey Edwin could you use your mighty magic on this sword too?"
Edwin sniffs. "It is merely a magic sword." (+1 sword).
The cavern heads north for 85', then makes a turn to the east, then south again for 30' before once more turning east. after 10', it widens out into a cave about 30' north-south at its widest point. This room is filled with a number of clay pots of different sizes. Plants were once planted in the pots, but all the plants are now dead. Withered stalks. dead leaves and brown, dried flowers litter the floor. Though all plant life in the claypots is dead, a vile-looking yellow fungus grows on the western walls.
There are two exits (beside the one you came in). One to the north, and one to the east.
There is nothing but dead plant matter. The eastern corridor starts to turn towards the north and splits again, part heading north, and part heading south.
