Club in hand, Jaheira readies herself behind her shield in preparations for whatever was making the sound. Such disturbances were not entirely unexpected in the privy, but few things were normal in this accursed pit of natural distortion.
Hearing a noise most unnatural, followed by a squeak more childlike than warrior-like, Jaheira spun to swing her club at the bastard that was taking the coward's path. She wanted to think the males in this group above such things as pinching of arses, but all (save the staunchest of paladins) could show an urge to go 'a-wenching' at times. As happened many times, she found that she'd jumped to a conclusion with little factual information to support it, for this was not a case of the men acting randy. She would smite it, nonetheless.
It's a hydra head that came snaking up out of the other toilet and bit Aerie. Worse, a second head bangs up out of *this* toilet, so you are surrounded on both sides…
Hydra wins initative. It bites Aerie again for another 2 points (She is *not* going to be able to sit until she is healed!) And… Jan, for 6.
Tell me which head you wish to attack, the one behind (which bit Aerie) or the one in front (which Bit Jan). I am assuming Minsc, Anomen and Jaheira will attack the one on Aerie (because Minsc is her guardian and they turned in her direction.
Khalid takes out his own aggression on the one that bit Jan and kills the head in one strike (8 damage!) Minsc, Jaheira and Anomen all miss. (:P)
Alora draws her short sword and charges into the fray. If there is room she will fight the head that bit Aerie, if not she will stand alongside Khalid in case another head appears.
OOC: I bet Anomen is wishing he was a real paladin so he he could 'Lay on Hands' on Aerie's bum.
Alora wonders whether was it one big Hydra with very long necks or two smaller ones? She also wonders if it had any treasure? But if it did she's not sure if she wants to try to get it.
It's no good, she can't help herself, Alora will go back into each of the stalls and peer down into the darkness to see if any treasure is glinting down below. She will also thoroughly search each of the rooms, checking the towel rails and the water pitchers.
After all is said and done, I suppose one can understand the hydras biting our rear ends. Living inside a toilet, they probably don't like the toilets being used.
I wonder if the hydras were meant to live in there in the first place.
"Anomen, if you really want to be a paladin you should follow Aerie's example. When she was attacked she didn't fight back; she just turned the other cheek."
Alora hurries off to look for treasure in the toilets.
OOC I can't think of lay on hands the same way again
Jaheira was very disappointed that Arkanis robbed her of her opportunity to crush the vile creature. Still, she had an important role to fill. Moving quickly to Aerie's side, she said' "You are in need of healing." After all, infection could be serious, once it set in.

Literally the other cheek! As for the treasure, she can have it. LOL
"No..." Aerie felt around her bottom, wincing in pain. When she drew back her hand, it was coated in blood. Seeing it made her want to cry--what a violation, she won't even be able to sit!--but with a whimper, she stifled her tears.

"Th-Thank you, Jaheira..."
OOC: I'm guessing she casts Cure Light Wounds on me.
"I think we have to burn them," shouts Alora, who gets out her tinder box and lights her torch. She will follow the fighters in to burn the necks if the heads haven't already grown back. If the heads have grown back she will stand back and let the fighters do their work first.
"Everyone, get out of the toilets! Get behind me!"
Jan backs away from the hydras, so far, that his sleep spell will not affect anyone who is standing behind him. He waits for the party to gather behind him in a safe distance and casts Sleep on the area of the toilet.

"Right now we should back away from the toilet!" Aerie exclaimed, and proceeded to do just that, hiding behind Minsc.
Hopefully by blocking out the light, whatever is down there won't know how to get up.
It goes after… Aerie, she of the *no armor*. It bites her on the rear for 2 hp.
OOC: Of course, we don't know what it is...
OOC: Leave it to men to not put down the seat and have it come back and bite the girl in the rear.
*Once Anomen clues in to what is happening, he'll attack it with his spear for reach*

Arkanis holds his axe in his hand and gets ready for helping if needed. (I suspect he can't reach the creatures in the tumult.)

"Eat dung!"

She was about to go heal him as well, when she also noticed that the hydra heads were slithering back up and regrowing.
And that was not good for her rear.
"Everyone, let's back out of the hallway! File in behind the fighters!"
Just as an extra precaution, she drew her quarterstaff and held it before her as she backed away from the toilets.
