Female dwarves are always in high demand. Especially when they are so well incredible detailed as this one! So I thought some may be interested in her as well.
@Varwulf , actually, now that I think of it. If you use Near Infinity to extract the BGEE.lua file, the contents of the portraits table plus my additions from that post I linked will be a list of the names of every portrait set in the game files.
EDITED 2016-07-21: New updated version of the portrait.
Just finished a portrait for a half-drow blade. All assets used are on the right of the large portrait. The spider cape was by far the hardest element. I "cut" and colored a bit of felt fabric and added the vector spider web. Then it's all painted shadows and highlights (with a small amount of liquidify).
Here are the ingame files in case anyone else feel like using them:
I have had a lot of problems trying to get these portraits in. I have Bavmorda from Willow and a Knight as custom portraits that work. . . The other four or five portraits I have won't show. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Neera, half-elven wild mage beloved by all, hasn't really got the best portrait in the series. Considering how well written her character is (I almost always brings her along), I think that is a shame. So, now on summer vacation, I took two days to make her a BG2 style portrait.
It may look a bit messy when seen this large, but downsized to 210x330 the broad brush strokes look correct (I often have to add some blur as well, since it's otherwise too sharp).
Without further Adoj (couldn't help myself), here it is:
This is how the portrait looks with the other NPCs:
@Astafas Neera's my favorite as well. Much appreciated, although I think her default portrait is good in BG1 but unsuitable for BG2. My only critique would be to make her skin paler.

I opted for the standard skin tone in BG2, but I'm sure you could change it in a minute or two if you want to. :-)
If you'd like your portraits to appear even more BG2-like, here are three wee commandments tips: 1. Thy jawlines shallt be prominent as hell. 2. Thy skins and garments shallt be discoloured. 3. Thy highlights and shadows shallt be fiercely excessive. Also, BG2 elves tend to have their eyes twisted inward in an alien fashion.
I made a quick and messy edit of your Neera on my iPad to visually demonstrate all of the above.

1. Good observation! I will update to accommodate this, after some sleep. :-) 2. Actually, you have a lot of colors as well. Look at the orange of Mazzy or the pink of Imoen, for example. But they are very "pastel". 3. Agreed. I add a lot of shadows and highlights nowadays. In separate layers, so I can adjust them individually. The women in general have softer shadows though. 4. Neera is a half-elf, so I tried to land in between the two races, using this as reference:
Another crazy thing is how square the faces are. A photo of a normal person has to be reduced to 90 per cent of its true height to fit in. :-D

Well, I hope you won't mind that I gave it a go. Her paperdoll skin tone wasn't as pale as the portrait but it looks more... peach-colored and I made her hair more vibrant for personal appeal.
I also disliked Beamdog keeping the same portraits for the EENPCs for BG2 and tried a little bit of quick editing to make them fit in better. The results are... eh, not perfect, but I can at least look at them without feeling mildly annoyed now. Not going to touch Hexxat because I don't like that portrait at all (and Isandir's Hexxat beats any editing I can do anyways)

A hasty but fairly satisfying work - Jaime Lannister in badass armor.
(Removing background color from hair is as painful as pulling teeth)
Human Necromancer
Moon Elf Mage
Gnome Rogue
Golem
I found it on the Obsidian forums and to this day it remains one of my favourites.
*GI Joe theme playing in the background*
I was planning to use this werewolf portrait for another project. Good for shapeshifters.
This one's for a barbarian/shapeshifter NPC. Who else to model it after besides Hugh Jackman?
I approve of this very much.

Draw on, your stuff is very good!
