False. Besides, it's not a problem to both eat and type simultaneously because you can still do it with different hands, but to eat and use mouse with the same hand - now that is hard :D

Next poster can passably use mouse with their non-dominant hand.
  • semiticgoddesssemiticgoddess Member Posts: 14,903
    yes

the nest post er can etype wot their non domninant hand,
  • deltagodeltago Member Posts: 7,811
Yes. I am ambidextrous. I can even write with my non dominant hand.

The next poster can’t walk and chew gum at the same time.

    Welp, got ninjaed.
True, I had three weeks to practice using internet and playing something jrpg with left hand only, while my right hand was in casing. A bit slower than usual, but not by much, at least as far as typing goes. It's fixing typos that takes the longest, as you have to use arrow keys to navigate instead of mouse (switching between them is even slower). Typed all of this with my left only :p

False, although I haven't chewed any gum in decades to be certain.

    Next poster can't smoke indoors.
  • ZaghoulZaghoul Member, Moderator Posts: 3,938
That's true. As a builder I often saw firsthand what smoke does to the inside of a building/home.

The next poster wouldn't even consider dating a smoker.
  • semiticgoddesssemiticgoddess Member Posts: 14,903
Theoretically, the right person might be a smoker, but that's pretty much a deal-breaker for me. I'm not a big fan of drugs, and I don't want either of them anywhere close to my family or my future kids. I wouldn't want the mother of my children to be a smoker any more than I'd want her to be an alcoholic or a meth user or a heroin addict.

The next poster has already dated a smoker.
  • KamigoroshiKamigoroshi Member Posts: 5,870
Can't say I have. However there was a time where I considered living together with a chimney.

The next poster has cheated their toaster with a sandwich maker.

you know what, false. I don't even remember the last novel I fully read. With my attention span, books usually take me years to finish anyway.

The next poster does not have a short attention span and can usually finish a game, book or show before moving onto a new one.

True and false. I do have a short attention span (I have ADHD), but when something is interesting, I hyperfocus and won't even eat or sleep before I've finished the book, and I wouldn't notice if the house was on fire. I read a lot. I hardly ever lose interest in a movie, unless it's really bad, because they're not as long as a book. If it's boring routine stuff, my thoughts are all over the place and I jump from task to task and never get anything done.

The next poster likes to binge watch a show and will tell us about it.
  • SkatanSkatan Member, Moderator Posts: 5,352
True. It's like all I do nowadays. Not much to say about it though, I just click Play and lean back. I've cleaned out Netflix of anything even semi-worthy of watching and is not cleaning out HBO. Just finished True Detective 3 yesterday, so now I gotta find something new again.

The next person agrees True Detective 2 got way too much flak and was much better than the average reviews said.
  • KamigoroshiKamigoroshi Member Posts: 5,870
False. The only True Detective I care about is True Detective Pikachu.

The next poster thinks what I am thinking.
  • semiticgoddesssemiticgoddess Member Posts: 14,903
Yes, but this site is rated Teen, so I'll steer clear of discussing goo girls.

The next poster is afraid of disappointing people.
  • ThacoBellThacoBell Member Posts: 12,235
False, I've had to deal with too many people who were disappointed that my wife "chooses" to be disabled. The number of people who's opinions I care about, I could count on one hand and not use all the fingers.

The next poster has extra fingers.
  • ArdanisArdanis Member Posts: 1,736
False, but I wish I had some spares.

    Next poster ate a finger.
  • SkatanSkatan Member, Moderator Posts: 5,352
    No, I'm a vegetarian.

The next person has an unusual diet.
  • ArviaArvia Member Posts: 2,101
False. I don't think that chocolate and coffee is unusual. Or bread and cheese, or cereals with milk. I'm sure that I ate an apple this week. I sometimes forget to eat, but I think that's not unusual, either.

The next poster would like to spend a day on board of the Enterprise (whichever one).
  • deltagodeltago Member Posts: 7,811
False. Replicated food? Metal beds? Chance to be killed as another spaceship opens fire on us? Me and my red pyjamas will choose another hotel to stay at thank you.

The next poster wishes it was 4 o’clock.
  • semiticgoddesssemiticgoddess Member Posts: 14,903
It already is, somewhere, and eventually, we'll get there, too.

The next poster could beat Nathaniel Hawthorne in a fist fight.
  • ArviaArvia Member Posts: 2,101
Wouldn't be fair, because he's already dead.

The next poster owns a batman shirt.

  • deltagodeltago Member Posts: 7,811
True! I also own an Arkham Asylum bright orange shirt.

The next poster only has boring plain colour t-shirts.
  • SkatanSkatan Member, Moderator Posts: 5,352
False, most my tshirts have some kind of edgy print, like this one:

The next person let their spouse buy clothes for them.
  • ArviaArvia Member Posts: 2,101
Oh, if only he would do that. I hate to buy new clothes.

The next poster lives in a place where you can wear a t-shirt in winter.
  • semiticgoddesssemiticgoddess Member Posts: 14,903

I live in Texas. A winter day can be anywhere from 30 to 80 degrees Farenheit, and it's usually in the 60's at lowest. A t-shirt would be sufficient on many days... though Texans are more sensitive to cold and will wear a coat at temperatures when other folks wouldn't need to.

The next poster lives in a place where you can wear a coat in the summer.
  • deltagodeltago Member Posts: 7,811
True, or at least I do. I have a light spring denim black jacket that is my spring/summer jacket.

The next poster does not wear sandals.
  • gorgonzolagorgonzola Member Posts: 3,864
i don't wear them in the snow and when i ride my motorcycle, but wear them every time it is possible.
when i was younger i used to wear them also in the snow, but now my aging body needs some more care and maintenance, like all the old trusty things people keep using even if them are quite worn out.

the next poster sometimes feels very happy without a particular reason to be so.
  • SkatanSkatan Member, Moderator Posts: 5,352
False. It's been a long time since.

The next poster haven't played BG in a year or more.
  • gorgonzolagorgonzola Member Posts: 3,864
true, i very seldom play it as my focus is mainly on bg2.
but lately i play seldom also bg2, my whole playing it is in phases of intensive playing followed by other ones when i almost don't touch it, is is almost 20 years that i play it but i had not done it continuously, as i am somehow a jack of all the trades in the way i live my life, the same is true for other things that i like, studying and playing music, woodworking, cooking, hiking and so on.

the next poster has at least one time changed the class of a npc in his gameplay, something like a F->M nalia or an archer valigar.
  • SkatanSkatan Member, Moderator Posts: 5,352
True, many times, but I stopped doing that after some time since it changed the NPCs too much for my liking. Nalia as a Bard and Xan as F/M are two of my favorite ones. Mazzy as Paladin was cool too, but not really necessary due to her special skills.

The next person has never used EEkeeper.
  • KamigoroshiKamigoroshi Member Posts: 5,870
False-ish. I've used it like... maybe three times over the years?

The next poster was on someone else's unusual diet.
