    Oct.18th already one month is past , we got few voice chip, new NPC description , but still no new screenshots / acutal game video etc ... so sad,

    Just pre-ordered the game, it's been a while since I played this and Shadows of Amn due to bad picture quality and stretching on the widescreen monitor so really am looking forward to playing this again with all the enhancements and mods. Roll on November!

    Well... presumably the game isn't finished yet. If it was, they would release it. So you say 'targetting' because that's the date you hope the project is completed. Until it is ready to "ship", you're always guessing a bit.

    And targetting may both mean before or after, so we know nothing we didn't know before :)
