Speaking of the Over-Achiever milestone, I think several of the achievements are bugged. I've found three so far that don't seem to unlock even when the requirements are met:
- Worst Day Ever - All the Options - Entertained
That's good to know! If you created bug reports for all of them, we should be able to fix the issue.
I just finished the BG:EE this morning and it seems there are two other achievements broken as well..
- Hero of Baldur's Gate (Finish the game) - Friend of Volo (Finish the game in Story Mode)
[However, Leave No Friend Behind worked just fine. ]
Using Redmine was incredibly tedious for me... I hope this is enough..
Since you're offering us wallpapers, I must admit, as you put it, my grudging obedience to Windows. Throwing in some themed background for the occasion.
-Hero of a Thousand Faces My main character is a Half-Elf Dragon Disciple. He was imported from an old save from years ago where there was a bug that glitched out my Con to 22 but I thought it added flavor to my Character so I kept it. I focused on fire spells and since my Fire Res is over 100% im a powerhouse the wreaks havoc and then heal himself as I do so from both the fire absorption and HP regain.
Second character is a famous "Fighter/Mage" or Old One who some people may recognize as Illyria.

I've gotten most of mine from the various portrait threads over in General Discussion, though it's real easy to paste any nice picture into an editing program (even Paint) and just cropping it.

After that tweet I noticed a stark upturn of Displacer Beast reports. Clearly, shining a spotlight on this issue has encouraged people to speak up about this very real problem facing adventurers today.
The Roadmap on the first post in this thread has been updated, and the latest counts have been added to the relevant sections (though the counts are current as of only this morning).
We're pretty close to unlocking that first wallpaper, so if you haven't posted a windowed screenshot yet, go for it! You have nothing to lose but your carefully guarded desktops!
We're a ways away from unlocking that first Selfie Portrait, but I'm confident that we can get at least the first one. If you have friends who play, you can also bring them over to your place and take a snapshot of them playing your copy of the game. As long as the photos are of different people, we don't mind multiple submissions in this category.
@Adul is so far the only one to come close to unlocking the Over-Achiever milestone, and if not for a couple achievements that need some love (no more videos, @GreenWarlock), we'd be there already.
All in all, very pleased with the participation so far. We don't have any surveys open right now, but I'm confident that our next one will unlock the Kris Avalon AMA. Our art department really wants to make that sock puppet, so get yourself and all your friends into the beta if you haven't already: Let's make this happen.
