Give me a round for start. I don't always make a mistake, but when i do, you'll benefit anyway. You can highly profit with me. (Well, not as highly as with anyone else, but that's none of my business.)
Yeah.. I just don't see it, but I guess @Montresor_SP is just waiting to give the rest of us a fighting change before he swoops in and enlighten us all with his brilliant knowledge. Again.
1. Clue, I don't know, sorry. 2. He mistakes you for greywolf, and (if you choose to lie) will give you money. 3. You can earn money by taking bounties. 4. The qoute is similiar to his voice line "Dealing with criminals, jades(?) a man's soul."
It's late, I'll figure out My riddle tomorrow. Please let me know what points here were correct @lolien :-)

First clue and my link has some connection, believe it or not! So the link is a song from the 1922 Broadway Musical called The Hotel Mouse, and also a riddle (Whats round on the ends and high in the middle? /Ohio/. My first clue try to point to the letter O on the beginning of Oublek's name.
Second you got it right mostly. You benefit anywhay: if you lie you get gold, if you tell the truth you gain reputation.
Third: if you bring back the emeralds from Prism you get a nice sum of gold from Oublek, but you get a better price, if you sell the gems elswhere.
Fourth: @RelSundan explanation is correct. Jades the word he use according to bg wiki, i think it's used to describe that one's soul turn into the color of the jade (darkgreen gem).

The word 'jade' has a few definitions. In this instance, Oublek uses it as a verb. It means 'to make weary'. He's basically saying that it 'makes his soul tired' to deal with all these criminals.

Choose your words carefully, or this lady will die indefinitely.
1, 1 saves lives.
Screw 1, 1, I always let'em hill her to get ALL her gear
Of noble birth, I am indeed
And ask your help 'fore you proceed
Need not apply, those dark in deed
Lest I'm the one that makes you bleed
