    That's one of the mods I'm installing now. It installed just fine. I haven't had time to playtest it though.

    Btw @mlnevese I have a bit of a clarification: it turns out there is a (slight) problem with Might & Guile on SoD, and in fact with all kit mods. The "fl#add_kit_ee" routine that allows kit mods to work on the EEs edits a BGEE file called CLASTEXT.2da; SoD has its own variant of the file called SODCLTXT.2da, and ignores the former one. So you can read kit descriptions during character generation; but once you start playing, your character sheet will look like you are unkitted. This is just a matter of missing text - the kits should work fine.

    The issue will be fixed when fl#add_kit_ee is updated.

    I've got a new version of BG1UB. Had to block the Coran and the Wyverns component on BGEEv2, since Beamdog implemented a complete fix for the quest's issues that supercede the BG1UB component.

    BG1NPC also has a fix ready (to account for the BGEEv2 changes to Coran's quest). I need to wrap up a new release, but a "hotfixed" version is available at https://github.com/AstroBryGuy/BG1NPC/archive/master.zip.

    Okay @mlnevese I have updated Might & Guile to address that issue, it should work fine in SoD now.

    But, the issue will still affect other kit mods. My fix is largely untested but if any kit modders ( @Abdel_Adrian @FailGeek @Greener ) want to check it out, PM me.

    So, I have installed everything successfully with the exception of the two mentioned NPCs. I went through Character Generation and determined that all the class/kit stuff seems to be working. I started a game in Candlekeep with a mod kit and saved the game, there were no crashes and no problems. And... that's as far as I've gotten. Sorry folks, I only have time to mod this game, not play it! :(

    People can do more playtesting, but I have high hopes that those will all work. This is a start!

    Okay @mlnevese I have updated Might & Guile to address that issue, it should work fine in SoD now.

    But, the issue will still affect other kit mods. My fix is largely untested but if any kit modders ( @Abdel_Adrian @FailGeek @Greener ) want to check it out, PM me.

    Just downloaded it. I see the fl#add_kit_ee.tpa has been updated. I also heard there were changes to thief kits, something I have no experience in yet. Something about skills being either 0 or 100 for disabled or enabled, but now values between 1-99 are accepted? Can anyone elaborate?

    @SFF I have seen no reports about it being fully compatible yet. But it's in active development and it wouldn't surprise me if is fully compatible soon. You may be interested in following this thread.

    Hi,
    I'm playing v2.0 with SoD having following mods:
    - The Neera Banters - Version 0.1.2-20150101
    - Neera expansion
    - BG1 UB V13.1
    - The BG1 NPC Project
    And so far (after Nashkel Mines) everything's fine.

    Does anyone know if IWDification is compatible with v2.0?

    I tried installing it (and probably screwed it up) and I have no idea if it worked. The new druid spells are there - icons, selectable, castable, animations, no crashes - but they don't seem to actually do anything. Sunscorch (level 1) just causes my enemies to say something like "I don't want to talk to you. Go away".

    @Arishal, sounds like your dialog.tlk is screwed up now. Also, it's likely be that IWDification is not compatible. If I were you, I'd uninstall every mod, put the mod files (the mod folder, the setup-MODNAME.exe, and [if there is one outside the mod folder] thesetup-MODNAME.tp2 file) in a temporary directory, and then let Steam or the Beamdog launcher repair your file directory. Note that, if you have a Steam install, you'll need to reinstall modmerge after the file repair process. The point of this is to repair is to get your dialog.tlk back to the state it was in BEFORE any mods were installed.

    Once the repair is done, I would move the mod files back into your BGEE/BoS install location and proceed to install your mods again -- with the exception of IWDification.


    Anyway, that's what I would do in your situation...

    @subtledoctor Despite you constant rampage on BWS, here it is how you selection looks after loading inside it:


    So as you can see, many components are not needed because they are included in other mod components or they are conceptually conflicted. This one was for free, hope that you will adjust you selection better ;)

    @ALIEN I'm not sure about any "rampage" ... I try to push you guys to publish any fixes you find or make, so that people who don't/can't use BWS can still use mods. That's just being a good citizen of the modding community. And sometimes I gripe that BWS cannot be used on Macs, but really that is a compliment to you and your work. :wink:

    As for this conflicts: I think I did a pretty good job on my own, all things considered. I have custom versions of FPPS and IR that work together, so that I can use both of them to make an armor system that neither one can do on its own. (IR doesn't let me customize AC and resistances the way FPPS does, and FPPS only allows spellcasting with chance of failure, not with casting speed penalties.) By editing their respective .ini docs, they mesh perfectly. :smiley:

    The Tweaks and M&G multiclass changes are probably redundant, but harmlessly so; I'll remove the Tweaks component in my next install. Also probably remove the weapon animation tweaks, the magical traps tweak, the SCS flying creatures tweak, and the klatu charisma tweak.

    I am interested in the conflict between IR and Tweaks' 'Exotic Items Pack.' Can they really not be used together? :(

    Give me this much credit: even with the conflicts you have identified, none of them are game- or quest-breaking or will cause crashes. Most are harmlessly redundant, and I have put together a game install that will be perfectly fine and fun to play. Which is more than I can say for a lot of BWS users I see on SHS complaining about encountering gane-stopping bugs that require console intervention. :tongue: (I'm putting together a modlist for use on my iPad, so it cannot rely on console commands for bug rescue.)
