    But she should be able to build greater Iron golem at her level.

    EDIT: I have all the components for a greater iron golem, but Ninde won't build it.

    A greater iron golem requires several iron bars and a scroll of Cloudkill. Maybe you're still missing the spell scroll.

    Grrrrr!! What an idiot I am! I was confusing components for a stone golem and an iron golem. Sorry about that.

    I finished the maze beneath Nyalee's temple, but I cannot rest or save after clearing it out. Any advice?

    @Flashburn Yeah, the underground cave seems to be prone to cause issues now and then. I couldn't find a pattern yet. Maybe it's a timing issue. I'll see if I can improve the situation somewhat in one of the next releases.

    Afaik, you can break out of this situation by a save & reload operation. To save you can either travel to another map and reload the generated auto-save. Or you can use the debug console with the command:
    C:Eval('SaveGame(4)')
    to make a ToB quick-save. Use '3' to make a ToB auto-save instead.

    BG2 install. lots of mods prior to this one. Weidu in spoilers, debug attached. Keep getting a parse error. I've installed it prior with pretty much the same mod selection so not sure what's causing the issue.

    @southfla79 It looks like one of the prior mods has removed an essential script trigger definition (NextTriggerObject).

    You could try the following command to find the culprit:
    weidu.exe --change-log trigger.ids
    The command should list all mod components that made changes to the game resource in question.

    Disregard last.....figured it out. Two mods edited trigger.ids, Nathaniel and the Solaufein romance mod. Did a clean setup, installed Nathaniel, than your mod and Shadow Magic. all was fine.

    Uninstalled the two mods. Installed soulafein then had the errors with your golemn mod and artermius shadow magic.

    Thanks for the tip with the change-log!

    Hello I am having a slight problem. hopefully you can help me :P I have learned from the books how to make clay and stone golems and I have all the ingridents but when I use the ability and click on either clay or stone golem it doesn't give me the option to make them it just says "Choose different golem type" or "cancel construction" everything installed fine and stuff so just wondering am I doing something wrong?     @Kai05 Have you made certain that your character meets the minimum level required to build the golem type?

    Apart from that, there is currently a bug in the golem construction dialog that may prevent you from building clay golems if your character is a dual- or multiclassed cleric. I made a hotfix for this issue recently (see this post) if it applies to your problem.

    yeah he is a level 11 mage and 11 assassin multiclass elf. Have edited him a bit in ee keeper.

    In that case I would also suggest to install the afore-mentioned hotfix. It may fix your thief/mage multiclass combination as well. Simpy install it on top of your current mod installation.

    @argent77, question for you. Where can you build Magic golems? The book says it needs to be in a wild magic area.

    Yes, only wild magic areas will do. Try Watcher's Keep level 3 or the wild magic areas connected to Neera's SoA questline. (Just be careful not to enter a dead magic area in WK with a magic golem in tow. ;) )

    It should work either way. There are no special checks for clerics, bards, etc., except for minimum levels to build golems. Only exception is Spell Revisions, which should be installed first.

    I had planned to wait for final BGEE/SoD 2.5 patch before I release a new version. But it doesn't appear to be released anytime soon. I can just as well release a new version of the mod now and possibly another version after the BGEE/SoD patch 2.5 release if necessary.

    Something that contains the soul of a powerful good opponent (e.g Adalon) :P or why not, a particularly powerful evil opponent.

    Golems can only be animated by elemental spirits from the Elemental Plane of Earth. The nature of these spirits is unknown. There are no other methods known to create golems. Everything else would go contrary to the lore of the D&D universe.

    Btw, the mod already allows you to create a good number of 'exotic' golem types.

    @argent77, hoping to get some help. I am playing BGEE (v2.5) with the latest Golem mod. I am finding bones, bodies, and maggot bodies. I found the Doll Golem book and gave it to the one Necromancer in BG. I cannot fine the cursed poison or the book for the bone doll. So I haven't been able to build a golem and I am about to go to Candle keep to kill the Iron Throne leaders. Where can I find the items and are they suppose to come so late in the game?

    Yeah, cursed antidote potions are hard to come by. You can find them as (random) loot sometimes, or purchase some in the Potion Shop found on the map of the Flaming Fist HQ, or from Lucky Aello's Discount Store.

    The tome itself can be found

    in Durlag's Tower, on the level where you have to defeat the four dwarven warders to move on. It's in a bookshelf in the room with the three greater dopplegangers.

    Building golems is an advanced topic, only available to higher level mages. Their innate immunity to non-enchanted weapons would also give you a big advantage in the earlier parts of the game. That's why you have access to them only later, when you can enter Baldur's Gate.

    Your mod fails to install on SoD games (mobile version) -----> As you know, this is due to the fact that in this case SoD is a standalone game.... This means that AR0805.are is missing, thus the mod cannot be installed.... Not sure if you can do something about that.....
