I have re-installed BGEE with some mods, but there is one I don't find anymore, it's a mod which restore the original spellsounds, weapon attack sound effetc and more... I just found this :
If you've installed mods that make use of WeiDu (almost all of them), look at the WeiDu.txt file that's created upon installing mods in your main Baldur's Gate folder.
Can someone please confirm if the BG1NPC Project is compatible with Romantic Encounters, Mini Quests and Encounters, and all the additional banters listed in this topic (Ajantis, Coran, Neera and Xan)? If yes, does the installation order matter for their compatibility?

I install BG1RE and BGQE before BG1NPC. The additional banters for Ajantis, Coran, and Xan should go after BG1NPC (they have hooks to see if BG1NPC is installed).
For BG1UB, you can install it before or after BG1NPC, but if you install it before, don't install the following components, as BG1NPC includes its own versions of the content (if you install BG1UB second, it will detect BG1NPC and skip them): * Finishable Kagain Caravan Quest * Coran and the Wyverns * Kivan and Tazok * Branwen and Tranzig
For the Neera Expansion, installing it after BG1NPC should be fine. There is no content for Neera (or Dorn or Rasaad) in BG1NPC.
@kaguana Ooops.... I blame my old brain. i actually forgot it with all the current ongoing projects I will, although it's not very different from a BG II guide to be honest
Shouldn't BG1NPC be under "Banters" instead of "Expansion"? It is generally more associated with adding interparty banter than adding new quests, even if it does both.
Also, I would suggest you rename some of the links in the OP so they are more descriptive. It may help new players and those new to modding to pick some of them out. I found when researching that I had to do a LOT of digging deep into forum trees since there is this standing assumption that most people are familiar with these "olde moddes", but they are not as old school to some of us!
So isn't BG Tweaks (http://www.gibberlings3.net/bg1tweaks/index.php) compatible? It's not in the list, I know, but I'm sure I've seen other people talking about using it with BGEE. Perhaps only certain components are compatible? I'm particularly interested in the ability to go to Cloakwood before doing the bandit camp stuff and the ability to send party members to inns when they leave the party.

That's counter-intuitive but, with the EE games and engine, you have to use BG2tweaks. You will see that several components are specifically made for the BG1 part of the game.

Thank You.
P.S.: That is for BG:EE.
P.P.S.: Also, is the Unfinished Business modification (http://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/38254/bg1-unfinished-business-v14-beta-with-bgee-compatibility-updated-2015-02-28) worth installing, and if yes, is it compatible with all mentioned above?

@Red_Carnelian Added, thanks
And the list of mods is starting to really grow. I cannot wait till my EE comes in soon.

It's possible more of my old kits will follow suit.
Thank you.
