Where/when was the original of this portrait please?
If you have Siege of Dragonspear and follow the directions in this post, that portrait will show up in the male portraits. In the game files it's called "unnamed".
Resurrection (7th level) indeed is available only for bards and clerics.
Clerics and druids have True Resurrection (9th level).
Bards, clerics and paladins have Raise Dead (5th level). Druinds get Reincarnate (5th level).
Raise dead heals mortal wounds, but does not replace lost organs or appendages. It requires a body.
Resurrection is the same as raise dead, but regenerates lost body parts. You could conceivably revive someone from a severed head or a finger, but you still require something which could be described as their "body".
True resurrection is the same as resurrection, but you don't even need a body.
So, Music can make you regenerate lost body parts!
I thought you needed to destroy an undead creature before you could resurrect the person it used to be. Does True Resurrection bypass that requirement, too?

Yes, depending on your DM's interpretation. Resurrection doesn't work if someone has become an undead - you have to kill this undead first. For True Resurrection there's no such requirement. But one requirement still exists - the soul must be free. How free is the soul if the body exists in the form of an undead should be decided by the DM. See more discussion on it here.
I believe Baeloth to be a blithering boob. His intransigent insistence on incessant alliteration is atrocious and almost astounding. Sensible sybarites like myself are soft spoken, sincere, and civilized--not sassy or silly like certain suspicious sorcerers.
When will the whimsical wanderers of this world win out with wit and wisdom, instead of willful weirdness and willy-nilly warbling?

The SoD portrait is much better than the BG2 version, so good choice.
brought back memories of the original interface and loading screens *_*

BTW, True resurrection can resurrect the undead.
I guess the grapewine grows thick all along the Sword Coast!
Not like NPCs have anything better to do than wait for you.
That goes for non-joinable NPCs as well.
