    I could swear there's ingame text calling Neb a Dwarf. Neb must be that insane if he wishes he were a dwarf.

    Neb might be Nasty, but I think he is sane. My boy Celvan's first name is crazy... you know you're crazy when its capitalized!

    Anyway, I could say that Surely Tiax is a mad one, but Neb is not mad, he's a damn sadic! Even if I like this character in the context and all, I must say that he's the one I "hate" most: everytime I assure myself to do that sidequest just for tear him into pieces! >:c
