I'm curious, how many of you are, like me, fighting the good fight for lefties everywhere? The world needs to know!

Also, while kcwise is a two-handed sword, is Nimran a bastard sword?
...
In all seriousness. A teacher who can only use one hand, can only write on one half of the board. (And he wouldn't block his amazing insights with his body now, thats a rookie mistake ofsted would hit you over the head with...)
I'm left-eyed though (interesting fact: in addition to having a dominant hand we also have a dominant foot and eye) which turned out to be a massive disadvantage when attempting sharpshooting with a rifle in the military. It was tempting for sure.
(Edit: as a sidenote, i won't use the result of this poll as a proper representation for this question in your place.)
I really didn't appreciate the difficulties that lefties face in everyday life until a left-handed girlfriend moved in and bought with her, not just the usual car boot sale assortment of girly things (for which I was prepared) but also several left-handed kitchen implements etc. which used to confuse the hell out of me whenever I tried to use them by mistake.
I wish.
I'm VERY right handed. I cant do jack with my left hand. :-(
I also learned to offer my right hand to shake in meetings. If the left is offered, the other person usually looks at it like a gangrenous appendage.
That said if I am eating with a fork and knife I'll use the fork with my left hand and cut with my right, even though when I'm eating using just a fork I'll just use my right hand. So I'm not particularly consistent here
And yet, I can only write with my left hand.
I also once used two forehands when playing tennis.
So I'm going with ambidextrous.
…I guess I should be dual-wielding XD
(actually I'm right handed and my left hand is only good for typing).
@Troodon80 I grew up in the time when many schools forced all kids to write with their left hands, but my mum was a teacher and my dad a headmaster and they were both very, very opposed to that kind of utter stupidity. They let us kids pick whichever hand they wanted to for all the different activities we did.
