Edwin and Minsc have the best, most enertaining dynamic of any pair of BG companions. It's such a shame the games make them so hard to keep in the same party, watching them argue with each other is more fun than betraying one of them for the other could ever be.
That's why I install the Tweaks Happy Patch, not to make the game easier, but for more fun.
Even with that you need to resort to trickery to get Edwin and Minsc together in BG1 and SoD. You have to follow a very specific sequence of steps to do it in BG1 (do Minsc's quest and recruit Dynaheir without talking to Edwin, go back to Edwin with Dynaheir still in your party, and then recruit Edwin), and I don't even remember how I did it in SoD (my guess is Minsc would need to be dead when you recruit Edwin or Edwin dead when you recruit Minsc and Dynaheir, and you would have to resurrect whomever you killed afterwards).
I was aware of the BG1 sequence, but have never yet tried to have them both in the same party in SoD.
I feel Valygar is underrated. Seems like I've come across a lot of old posts where people think he's boring.
I like Edwin, but I'm not sure I like the red wizards as cartoonish villains..Which is what I feel they come across as in Neeras quest. I guess Edwin might have inspired that.

Valygar is my dreamboat and frankly he was the reason I first grabbed Romantic Encounters for SoA/ToB (which still took a bit, as he wasn't implemented when that mod first came out so I wasn't interested until that happened), and I still remember how excited I was reading this thread on @David_Gaider potentially working on an "unofficial" (but Gaider so...basically official) Valygar romance mod only to have it never materialize.
*single tear rolls down cheek* Gaider...wherefore art thou such a knave to deny us Valygar's romance content?

Thank the gods Mask of the Betrayer didn't decide to take that route.
Make dualclassing into a revised multiclassing so that when you dualclass you actually add on a new class to your existing, changing from a SC into a MC. From there on all regular MC rules apply, but the headstart you had on the first class remains.
So if I start as fighter, level to 500k, then dual into multiclass cleric, I would be level 1 cleric/level 10 fighter and from there on the fighter would always be 500k ahead of the cleric class since every new EXP earned would be split in half per class as usual.

Makes sense, but you are probably correct in thinking that the idea could be unpopular.

If that was the case, I might actually dual class XD
@Vallmyr There is a scene in the Drizzt comics (and presumably in the novels they are based on) were Drizzt has to join in this ritual that is meant to officially turn him into a grown up man and it's literally just an orgy. It ends with his sister giving him an earful while she is effectively naked (she wears a type of silk robe or something, but it's completely open in the front). And let's not forget that every drow priestess in that series literally dresses like a domina for work.
Given all that, I think the choice of model is rather fitting.
So funny she won "Penthouse Pet of the Year" in 2001.
I think somebody hadn't been working so hard at the office when they were asked to create images for Viconia. It's bad she never got any payment or credit.

I jest, I always liked pickles.

Viconia's prettier.
She looks far more like this lady.

Though I guess the Drow are more open to that sort of stuff among other things.

Has anyone else noticed that?
