Twiggle isnt even a proper verb. So nothing can literally twiggle.

Now if we are going for the slang version of a movement in between a twitch and a wiggle. Sure. Women are capable of performing both those actions so yes, women can twiggle. Still would never use it as verb though.

If twiggle means a form of giggles that occurs when pertaining to anything associated with the Twilight Saga, i.e. "I had a series case of the twiggles when I first saw the Twilight movie", then yes, of course.

Also, I would be very careful with these questions about men and women.

Depends on the definition. UrbanDictionary paints a rather contrasting picture (we won't be delving into the details here).

I selected the last option before looking it up, though, and I'm sticking with it. :-P

Urban dictionary might help perhaps, I'll look it up. So far I didn't find any twiggle in my Prisma Engels>Nederlands, nor in my Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary, nor with Google Translate, that translates 'twiggle' to 'twiggle'. Google. Can't. Compute.

Women can twiggle, but they must do so with the utmost care.

Twiggle the Turtle can help anyone learn self-control and problem solving.

    1. Stop
    2. Breathe
    3. Say the problem and how you feel
