1. Your reputation proceeds you, even if you're very low level 2. Alora and I have something in common (two things actually) 3. Want to complete my quest? Look no further than right behind me.
@smyth25 Indeed. 1. He always say he's heard of your visit even if you're a low level person who just showed up 2. He and Alora both have lucky feet (and are halflings) 3. Gandolar's quest is easily completed by going to the house behind him, killing Jenkal, going downstairs, killing the Ogre Mage and Lendarn and then returning to Gandolar. No need to actually explore the ruins 4. A bit of his dialogue discusses Durlag's Tower, which a party that is going to Firewine Ruins is probably too low level for.
1. Will uncontrollably try and kill you for supposedly killing his brethren. 2. Has been driven insane by shadow druid poison 3. Wields backbiter +3, a cursed self harming spear. 4. The shadow druid Corsone claims to be his friend.
1. If you're not afraid of danger, you can follow in my footsteps. 2. I have a theory that certain flora and fauna have gotten smaller over time. 3. The richest man in the city lives just across the street from here.
1. He tells you that back in his adventuring days he plundered both Ulcaster and Firewine ruins, which are dangerous places you can visit in BG1 as well. Hence you can follow in his footsteps. 2. He also tells you that back in the day trees, bears, and company used to be bigger. 3. He resides in the inn just across the street from Entar Silvershield's estate, who is the richest man in Baldur's Gate according to the diviner at the marketplace. 4. He tells you several meandering stories about his old friends and adventuring companions. 5. He resides in an unnamed inn, which is near the Helm and Cloak, but unlike that tavern it doesn't have barfights and is relatively quiet.
@ZaramMaldovar Yeah, I thought I'd go with someone rather obscure this time, but to balance out the difficulty I tried to give a hint about his location so that players could look for him in the game.
Tbh I had to find Borinole Mann via Nearinfinity cause I didn't really know him either, but anyway:
1. You are of significance to my people (how typical...). 2. Though my superior has catastrophic intentions for you. 3. With tooth and heart you must fight to save us!
1. She believes you are the humanoids talked about in Sekolah's prophecy 2. King Ixilthetocal would have you kill the rebel prince, leading to a slow demise for the Sahuagin. 3. The tooth of Sekolah and the rebel heart (whether fake or real) are two important objects you will need to complete the quest.

I've never encounter this guy, I guess that's because I never go to Inn's without names.
The only reason I know about Phandlyn is because of the NPCs that mention him.

2. My friend has a bug in his mouth.
3. I'll probably crush you halfway to goo.
