1. Roenall suggests that you can contact his supervisor if you're not happy with his behavior, then snidely points out that he himself is in charge of handling complaints. 2. He committed tax evasion, smuggling, and trafficked in slaves, and you can find proof for all three. But he also orchestrated the attack on the De'Arnise Hold... yet you never get the chance to prove it. 3. He nabs Nalia midway through the questline.
Funny, I played that quest just yesterday. Had Nalia in the team for the first time in years and he grabbed her just before I had to go to bed! So his convo about the complaints was pretty much the last thing I read before bedtime, hehe..
Thought it was the Flaming Fist who could execute a party member in chapter 7, and spent like 20 minutes trying to figure out what that guy's name was
1.) It's better for me if you don't tell me, though I might scold you if you don't. 2.) I am most definitely a poor, dead Santa Claus wannabe. 3.) I'm not too good at determining guilt, apparently.
Um. OK, I didn't think this one was that hard. Explanations: 1) If you tell this person what he wants to know, he takes an action that gets him killed. If you don't tell him, he doesn't die but he'll complain under a dialogue option that you should've told him. 2) The place where his body's located is a place also associated with Santa Claus. 3) You can tell a lie to this person, and he'll believe you. 4) In the case that this person dies, someone else gives you the reward.
@Arctodus Yep! If you get all the evidence (tannin, elephant hide) and then return to Aegisfield, he'll go and investigate Rejeik and die for his troubles. His body is stuffed into the chimney. You can make up this silly story about a night witch or something being the cause of the problems, the evil path, and get an innocent woman arrested.
And if Aegisfield dies, the quest is then turned into Chief Inspector Brage.
Oh. Daar makes a lot more sense than Jermein... For some reason I kept associating "flesh and blood" with ghouls and ghasts instead of a man wanting his daughter.
- Daar is a coward : he just can't gather the courage to confront Jermien, even though he longs for his daughter. - Blood can free him, as in Mimic blood. - Only after the Golem attack that his lover's father change his mind.
@Montresor_SP Correct! He serves the dead god Waukeen, his temple contains Barl, the... well, attempted murderer anyways, and he sells a scroll of Lesser Restoration if you are neither a Cleric or a really, really high level Paladin to save Tiris.
You are referred to him for information on how to get into Spellhold but he is killed almost as soon as you see him, and you then have to save his girlfriend.
- Long ago, I was alive, but I've been non-living for a much greater time, gathering much power. - Sorcerers and Magicians learn their craft calling my name. - Be careful of the things you wish from me, it might cost you your life.

- Cowardice fills my heart.
- I yearn for someone's flesh and blood, but still I'm denied.
- Blood however can free my yearning.
- Only the assault of a soulless creature will change the heart of my tormenter.
