@Arctodus: Sometimes people wait several days before giving a hint--there's no standard time. No harm in posting a 4th one, if you want.
All I've got right now is somebody in Ust Natha. The drow fit the first and third clues but not the second, and the Aboleth fits the first two clues but not the third.
Could it be the sahuagan King Ixilthetocal? They live under water, they don't fight you (unless provoked) and they think you are the one from their prophecy.
Diarmid is standing under Candlekeep, right after the Basilisks (and a few statues of dead adventurers). Even though he's one of Sarevok's henchmen, he refuses to fight you, even if you attack him. He will tell you about Sarevok's plan, because he mistakes you for the group of mercenaries you have to fight just a moment before.
What if your life had taken a different turn? What if you were the antagonist of Baldur's Gate 1? My band of familiar faces will help me put you through the wringer.

I have held it for many a year.
It will cost him a part of himself.
"The red one" = Edwin
Nevaziah has been "alive" for a long time.
And the nether scroll transforms Edwin's "nether regions".
Anyways...
I’m as crazy as crazy can be.
This container, it whispers to me.
Persistently talk
And I’ll unstop the cork
Then a powerful foe will be free.
I guess that's an easy one :
- Underneath, I wait.
- I'm a foe, but refuse to fight.
- A mistake on who you are I make.

P.S. : @semiticgod It's kind of an hint, but you're not looking at the right place...
OK, here's another hint :
- Near a garden of rocks, I stay.

My abode smells.
I'm a threat to my community.

I am you.
You are me.
We are He.
He is we.
