    Well, that sure is a tempting offer. Too bad I A: have no experience in the game industry, and B: do not enjoy the propsect of having to move away from the city where I live.

    What's the time frame, broadly speaking?

    There's some new information, which I'll add to the top post, but the submission deadline is June 30.

    I actually have a friend that moved to Edmonton last year for work (not at beamdog). He's only planning on being there for a couple of years, but he managed to luck out last winter. Very often this last winter when I compared the current temperature in Toronto to Edmonton I found Edmonton to be 4-5 degrees warmer (even at nighttime).

    So maybe the next couple of winters will stay warmer than usual :)

    If you're Hidetaka Miyazaki under that alias, you should come at once.

    Hey Beamdog, just announce it already that Chris Avellone has joined the team! :smile:

    And what about Alan Miranda? Ossian hasn't done anything in years, so might as well shut it down and bring Miranda into Beamdog as well. Beamdog can then be the new old BioWare and the new old Black Isle Studios all in one! :p

    Oh it's just my wishful thinking in the context of all the new hiring at Beamdog.

    Oh, I think I simply misread the 'announce' as 'announced'
    Wow, I am an idiot. Sorry :X

    @Buttercheese
    It's not that you're an idiot. It's called confirmation bias.

    He worked with us on Siege of Dragonspear as a producer.

    Yep, I knew this from the piece in the Familiar. Mysteries of Westgate for NwN2 was really well done, imo, and it would be a shame to let any MoW-associated talent at Ossian go to waste.
