Toddlers and children are a weird one for me. Sometimes they can be super cute and clever, and then I like them. But once they start throwing a tantrum, I'm all "NOPE! NOPE! NOOOOOOPE!"
But when they smile and pat your cheek, then lay their little heads against your chest…
Heaven on earth.
I think you're right. The combination of trapped chests and toddlers who fail their saving throws would indeed be pure bliss.
Btw, if anyone agrees with any post in this thread, it technically disqualifies the subject of the post from the discussion, since the poster is no longer the only one who dislikes it.
1- I do not dislike GoT, I just can't spare the time to watch from the 2nd episode and on.
2- True, but discussing with someone who does not agree with you is half the fun.
The popularity of an opinion (or lack thereof) vary a lot depending of where you express it.
It's okay to say you dislike Doctor Who here, on the Beamdog forums, but do it to the face of actual British people on their godforsaken island and it won't be pretty. At least from my experience.
At this rate I think I can safely say a thing everyone else seems to like but me is painting entire age categories of human beings with a single +5 Brush of Disgruntlement lmao

Internet memes....nearly all of them. But especially the Patrick Stewart face-palm, Boromir and "you don't simply" and Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka. They may have been clever at one time, now I find them unbearably stupid and unavoidable even on a day to day basis. Enough already.
I'll never understand why everyone thinks it's the best thing ever, it's Gen Urobuchi's weakest work. But what really annoys me is the assertion it's a "feminist" anime, while it's textbook yuri fanservice aimed at male otaku willing to shell mountains of cash in merch.
Anime/manga/whatever Japanese drawing is called. Don't understand it at all and don't see why so many gets so into it. I am not talking about the actual stories here, I am talking about the actual drawing. Early anime was just still pictures with 2 frames moving back an forth to (very badly) simulate ie a mouth moving/talking. It was bad. Really, really bad. The whole style of it is so.. off. The ridiculous hairs, the humongous eyes, the grossly exaggerated "swords" that look more like a weird shovel and would be impossible to wield with those spaghetti arms they usually draw as well. Yeah.. I don't understand it.
If you're very into anime/manga, don't get upset. This is not personal, so you don't have to sally forth and defend it vigorously. Cheers.

They worship you.
In all seriousness though, children are great.
Teenagers on the other hand ...
"Then don't do that."

Just having a "super" doesn't make them immune to look stupid in public.
