Are there badges for breaking forum rules?

I've had a few warnings from the moderators over time, and I've been "jailed" once. Met some interesting people there. Do I get any badges? Could be different kinds:
Jailed: the Maze icon
Slurs: Fireball
Duplicate accounts: Mirror Image... that's taken up, isn't it. Simulacrum?
Spam: Creeping Doom
Advertising: Friends
Copyright violations: Contingency
5 warnings: Monster Summoning
10 warnings: Cacofiend
50 warnings: Wish
Eh?

Warnings are confidential. Nobody gets to know if you've received a warning but you and the moderators; it's no one else's business.
More importantly, sometimes we give warnings to both people who get in an argument, and sometimes we only give a warning to just one person--it just depends on the situation. But if one person in an argument gets a warning and another one does not, and everyone knows it, then several things will happen, no matter how justified the decision was:
1. The one who got the warning will feel persecuted, and suspect favoritism is acting against them.
2. The one who didn't will think they're completely blameless, and think favoritism will protect them if they break the Site Rules.
3. Other people will think the moderators are picking sides.
4. People on the "wrong side" of the mods will view us as a threat.
5. People on the "right side" will think the rules don't apply to them.
6. People are going to gossip.
7. People are going to start debating the Site Rules (which are not open for debate), disputing every warning they receive (which are not open for appeal), and telling people to fear the moderators.
In the eyes of the modding team, nobody on this forum is a rule breaker, nor should anyone be treated as such. Badges are rewards for contributing to the forum, just like the reactions. We have "Like," "Agree," and "Insightful." We don't have downvotes here; that just encourages negativity.
No, we're not going to give out special badges for breaking rules, whether people want them or not. That's not how we handle things around here.
Our job isn't to name and shame. Our job is to help people be better citizens.
TFW you want to give someone a "Promote" and then u realize ur not a moderator anymore. #retirement
+1 to everything said above, and I'd also add:
There's some real badge collectors on this site, and you can be sure that if there were a badge for getting jailed or getting certain numbers of warnings, those people would try to find a way to "soft-break" the rules in order to earn those badges just as a matter of completionism.
We're all gamers, after all--and even if our characters are Lawful Good, sometimes we really want Blackrazor...
Looks like it could be a moderator seeing a forum 'lawbreaker', bout 'Earnin them badges', hehheh

Course there are always consequences and we all have to judge the reward (making ppl think about something in a different light-ok) vs the penalty (getting banned-sucks)
@Dee And yeah, give a badge for being bad, 'and they will come'.
I can't think of anybody who would do such a thing!
