    Quick question for the crowd. How large should be the download? Originally I got 1,3gb but now it's downloading extra 0,5gb for 1,8gb total. Is that the announced update? Sounds a bit too large for an update but it wouldn't hurt to get the information in the OP regarding the download.

    No, you still need the additional 500Mb that went live on Sunday. Onlye once it says pre-load complete again will you have the whole thing.

    The full download is 1.8Gb, so yeah, you need that additional 500Mb.

    Damn, Please can anyone answer me. I am really big Bg fan from Israel- i asked a friends who asked a friend to buy me a copy- this was what he recieved to his mail:Beamdog - Great Games, Easy Order Confirmation #*********
    Where do i put this confirmation? Cant say i am the greatest BG fan ever but i will probably sell my half soul to see BG3 come to life. I am bg junkie and without my dose i will probably kill :P

    Already pre-loaded, and semper paratus. Is there a live ETA countdown as to when it goes live? I might consider going a live letsplay on my twitch.tv on my Cintiq 24HD (With the stylus, yum).

    Hi @Leon, if you could e-mail support @ beamdog.com with more details of what's going on. Generally speaking your friend should have been able to "gift" the purchase to you, or if he didn't then he'll have a login username and password on beamdog with which you can log in to start your pre-load.

    @Maledict cool! No live countdown just yet. Our artists have been playing on their Cintiqs and it seems to work well with their tablet-pen setup. @boozilla's out sick today, otherwise I'd get her to chime in. =)

    @Nathan Good to know :) I'm just working on my own art at the moment. Did two fan pieces of PS:T for Chris (Avellone, Torment's Lead Dev) that I posted in the "Remastered Official Art" thread. In the end, I guess PS:T:EE, if it gets to that stage, is in very good hands :) (Was hoping I could've helped towards it, but as I said, in good hands)

    @Leon - The 'giver' of the program gets a confirmation email for their purchase. It's a receipt. The recipient of the program should also get an email that sets them up with download information. I did this last night, and it worked for my daughter.

    i am off tomorrow but i will have to wait until 7pm to play, what am i going to do all day?? Maybe i will play a little bg2 to get in the mood

    Seeing some people has had problems with the second part of pre-download also if the first had been ok, I fear this third update...so much... :|:)

    The last part will be a 25mb download according to Cameron Toffer's twitter.

    Just started my preload as well. Maybe by the time this finishes, it can load all the rest of the files too.

    Why am I more excited about this launch than about any other game in recent history? Man, I remember getting this game from my parents waaaaaay back. "Exploring the plains" never left my music playlist.

    I tip my hat to you Thanatos. After your coonfirmation I tried shutting Beamdog down and restarting. And suddenly it started checking my files and now it says 1.3 GB out of 1.8 GB and it is downloading. (although not at impressive speed)

    Speed is not so much important...I've downloaded the first part at the incredible speed of 700 Kb/s, and the second one at only 100 Kb/s...but at the very end the important is to download all without problems XD
