@Gusinda I think this may have happened due to playing with a heavy modder. There was a guy me and my friend played with who had some chars that were hacked so bad it started making things go crazy in out game. This was like around the time the slowdown mess started happening. Im thinking our games went crazy tryin to rationalize what was goin on with his chars and made ajustments for it to work (sounds crazy i know lol). I always import other chars and swap items. MR seems to be flowing normally. Im gonna try to make another female char today and see what happens. If the male is working the female should as well.
I will also attach a save later with both m/f chars.
@Xhoblaim, I created a new game and imported all of your characters. All seems to be well. It appears that the saved game was indeed corrupt.
For the Hezzak, I removed him from being a Spellshaper and had him cast the spell again which seems to have cleaned that up. Give them a go and see if everyone is as they should be just incase there was a problem during the import. To create the new game, I made a new Drakken so pay particular attention to him.
I am not sure whether you had done something prior, so I will attach two clean games. One is in the dungeon and the other is in Area 1100.
Try create your Chaos Sorc with this and if you are still having problems.
@Gusinda yeah man i think you are right, corrupt save. I have made a couple female chaos sorcs and all is well. Strange..im not sure how the save could have got corrupted... Just glad thats over lol. Guess its back to makin super heroes? Speaking of, we got some guys that still need there upgrades from earlier posts. If you are still up for it that is?
Attached is a save with both male and female working properly. The male has a bit more progression.
Also i wanted to ask you and couldn't remember if you could do this or not but, the weave magic abilities - can they be added to a spell caster? The spellweaver and chaos sorc have these i believe but i wanted to make a special kind of sorc/mage with these abilities. Actually, thats what i wanna do to Valen. Who oddly enough is a shadowdancer with normal thief HLAs. So i figure hes gonna have to be remade but before i do so, i wanted to be sure if weave magic can be applied to spellcasters.
@Xhoblaim, next post, I will put up a consolidated list (I have electronic notes everywhere at the moment) of what I think is outstanding just to make sure we are on net. I grabbed hold of the More Edits 4 saved game and noticed that it is also corrupt, so will have to fix that first. I will use the version of the saved game where you are starting in Area AR1100. Is that OK. Do you actually do the Dungeon or this is only to setup your supers then export/import etc...
Not sure whether the weave magic abilities can be added but you never know unless you try.
Let me know whether the chars in the saved game are good as that will give the best starting place.
@Gusinda yeah this is where i do all my export/imports. That save you suggested will be fine start since Valen and the Monk are the only guys that need work. Ive a chaos sorc thats gonna need some luv later..way later lol and a shadowdancer thats gonna need original HLAs.
I have cleaned up the other saved game and made some adjustments that were requested: - Kenshi - duskblade spells lvls 1-3 and his avatar changed to that of the bard? The bard uses the Thief avatar. I did notice that Haer'Dalis uses the Cleric avatar and could change the Kenshi to that if you wish.
- Lavok - Change Avatar to sleeker version? It looks like the Avatar is the same (Irenicus Robed) but the colours were different so changed them to be the same as Lavok. Later I will go into the Sphere and have a look to see the difference but NI has it the same.
- Grimlocke: Avatar = Vampire or Ghoul or Sleeker version of Lavok avatar. Since I couldn't find any sleeker version of Lavok, I changed the avatar to the Vampire.
- Elminster: color black if possible. No luck here I'm afraid. It looks as if the colour is hard coded within the animation itself...
- Check out whether Weave Magic could be added to a spellcaster. I added the Chaotic Weave spell to a Mage and it seemed to have worked. Cast Chaotic Weave, selected Magic Missle and Target was made Invisible... Wild Magic, who'd have thought it!

Valen - Weaken Shadows, faster attacks, more strength - Shapechange - More strength, faster attacks - change summon animation from the creepy alien eggs to something nicer with maybe some purple in the animation? - Make summons friendly so they don't attack when hit
Monk - Try to give his fists a glow effect or "on hit" special effect, like when his melee hits.
Not in saved game: - Druid with Poison spell (once we workout what it is).

@Gusinda Attached is a save with the last few chars to edit (for now). Lets finish up with Valen and the Monk as they have the least to be done. Khaos is gonna get his own post as hes gonna be the one recieving the weave abilities among others. For the monk and Valen, what they need can be found a few posts back unless you have made notes. I think the monk is pretty good as he is, right now he just needs color assistance. Hes wearing robes that reflect the color scheme i desire but, i want that look wearing the same armor as Valen.
With Valen i think you already on track with that, so ill wait n see what you got.
@Gusinda Attached are some goodies i found browsing the forums. Im sure not all are for EE but worth a try. Also the last file, OHHCKOAK.itm what the heck does this do? Lol. I downloaded it from some override stuff and forgot what it was haha.
@Xhoblaim, I shall try to get some done today/tomorrow. The OHHCLOAK (in a normal sense) is the cloak that allows a Vampire to travel during the day. Not sure what the mod does, perhaps it removes the penalties? Will have a look.
We had already tried the Alchemist but it introtuced problems so had to remove it. Gus
@Xhoblaim, had a look at the cloak. It is the cloak to make your vampire a day walker without penalies. Do you want it included in your mods? Should be able to get more done this arvo while watching the footy.

Yo i thought of something today, you know that shadow thief avatar? I was thinkin of finding a hard core modder to alter the colors on it, your thoughts? I think many would go nuts over tye fact theres an actual ninja character floatin around (unless this isnt possible, which wouod be most unfortunate).
Man i have some good, indepth ideas ready to roll. Im focusing on 3 chars, Valen, a Spellshaper i made and the Ninja if the mod kit works. From what i can see, most of what i have can be done and should be fairly easy for you at this point . I gotta figure out another way to challenge you lol. Anyway, lets get these zips rollin. The 'latest save' game above was also corrupt. Not sure what is going on there but I cleaned it up prior to making any adjustmens.
Created a new char called Draculina who is of the Vampire race. Haven't done much else other than some attribute adjustments, so feel free. Made her a Druid for the Shapeshifting abilities and Neutral Evil.
Valen: - Weakened the shadows, more strength and now 5 attacks per. - Change calling animation. - Made friendly when hit (by party)
Monk: (Still can't find the options to add effects to his fists, shall continue to try [has to be somewhere]) - Allocated and changed colour of Dragon Scale Armour (inverse due to armour type)
Both Ninja Kit and Eilistraee's Song had a number of larger files in them so the Modfile is about twice the size.
@Gusinda yo thanks man, everything is good with the modfile minus a few hiccups, nothing major. I dont think the upgradeable Dakkon blade mod is working tho. When you make the weapon, there is no description and no change to stats. So i guess it can get scrapped from the mod. I found another mod that has the shuriken weapons i been looking for it comes with some other items but i really just want the shurikens lol. No need to install it all if its not needed. Soon the ninja will be complete, ill upload a save later with what i made.. Hes in dire need of color changes and maybe an avatar change as well lol (like the thief/vamp avatar). There is also an HLA skill for the ninja that doesnt seem to stick once the skill point is applied.
Still gotta make it to the underdark to test ellistrae mod.
Valen is awesome and good to go. His armor doesnt look any different tho lol. Also, the vampire is cool but is it possible to make Valen the vamp instead? He seems more suited to be one given his abilities.
The file is .rar file.. So jus drop the .zip If there is no item conflicts, i guess install it all. But if so, just take the shuriken files.
If you havent tried the ninja yet i highly recommend it. Super fun and badass lol. A bit op, but higher difficulty helps even out that power.
@Gusinda OK did more testing with my buddies today and found some issues. I think the install order needs a shape up. Palemaster kit disappeared and the monk classes are all jacked as well. We just barely made to the under dark so we will test it later tonight. The ninja is practically flawless. There is also a lot of screwy text that pops up a lot as well (spotted this along the way). Especially in the trademeet tavern. So I regrettably have to retract my previous statement of everything being good.
BTW Valens summon animation is friggin epic I wonder if that can be applied to that teleport without error spell lol. Talk about ridiculously awesome lol.
Last thing, you have any idea where I would get this vamp cloak? If Valen becomes a vamp, I'll be screwed without it lol. Speaking of items, would it be possible to console the items from the item upgrade mod? I've been trying to locate an item code list for that mod but there's none on the forum unfortunately. If this is too much that's cool, it does sound like a lot of tedious work lol.

- Removed Dakkon Blade Mod - Installed 'T'Was a Slow Boat From Kara-Tur' Mod - Fixed Palemaster Kit - Check Monk Classes (Had stopped it installing to ID a fault during a previous test. Sorry) - Changed install order for latest kit mods and Eilistraee - Give Valen the Vampire race and Day Walking Cloak (Cloak of Dragomir) - Item Upgrade Mod items... There are quite a lot of additional items. I threw a couple of blades onto Valen but if you could give me a list of what you would prefer.
Give this a go and see if the probs identified were fixed.

Edit: Just a quick thought. Can you make sure the downloaded Zip isn't in the root of the game folder. This will confuse the program and it will crash.
@Gusinda nice catch . just checked the classes and all is smooth and back in order. Quick request - can you console up those shurikens from the the kara tur mod? I just noticed that you have to do a quest for the store to show, but the quest is bg1... Unless the strong arm inn is in bg2 lol. Still workin the list of items needed from ItemUpgrade mod v43 Will give Elistraee mod another go tonight.

Valen - This guy is practically flawless. I know we have been trying to get him stronger but i ran him thru ToB on normal difficulty and hes still too weak, he still hits no harder than 15ish as well as the summons. On insane he gets melted, this is the difficulty iam tryin to build him up for. Can we give his shapechange and summons another shot at more dmg? They gotta hit for at least 20-25 dmg to make a dent
The shadow wolf shapechange is also still a cat, we had it right before, then i dunno what happened lol. So i figure screw it, drop that for teleport without error (with that cool animation used for the summons if you can ). He also has some trap abilities that he cant use lol. Can we drop those for some ninja abilities? Not sure if you can put them on others but, the last 2 abilities on the melee path, the smoke screen and the teleport skill at the paths end from the shadow path. I think these skill are perfect for his theme . What you think? Anything cool-lookin you come across that looks all shadowy? Tryin to make this guy as flashy as possible lmao. Im talkin batman with glitter at a disco flashy! Hahaha.
The other 2 chars will be getting the same stuff. Ill post those changes in another post..

(Insert drama music) Ill first list the changes both will need first: -Remove the exploding shuriken skill -Remove the face change skill (if they have) -Increase skill charges to 4 for all skills -Remove all trap skills - UAI -Add "Blade Shower" spell to innate skills (maybe just the secondary part of the spell, thats what initiates the attack. The first part just turns it from a spell to an innate ability.. I think this is pointless lol. Cast it normally and you will see what i mean. - The last ability they both need is one i seen on another character in one of the recent previous saves. There is a Shadow thief avatar/character in the save named NARUTO i think. He has a spell that summons thieves.. Alot of them lol. Well what im thinkin is: Can we take that spell, make it an innate skill that summons or is cast on the casters location (0 cast range, see Summon Wild Horde spell), with zero cast time/ Instant cast? As for the thieves, is it possible to have them reflect the character avatar instead of the shadow thief? Sounds complicated i know lmao. - It gets better if the summons work. Assuming the above mentioned can be done, can we change the summon animation to that of the smoke bomb? The wild horde spell uses it as well i think. - That should do it lol, now for small individual tweaks: - Ryu- hair and skin the same dark black color of his armor, color his armor all black as well as the primary & secondary colors. Cant do this to the shadow thief avatar so this will do
-Ayame- Shes gonna need the poison weapon ninja ability along with the white icon teleport skill (forgot name) ninjas start with. Skin same color color as ryu. Increase her dmg with blade shower (double).

For this post, it is mostly about Valen. We shall try to get him complete... - Traps - All the problem there was that he had zero in Set Traps. I increased to 100 and have left the traps there. If you want them gone, let me know. - Ninja spells added - Mark of the Golden Dragon, Mark of the Shadow Viper, Shadow Bomb and Shadow Slip. - Damage. Gave him +10 damage (using a different method). Let me know if that is enough. - Shapechange changed to Greater Shade Wolf. Not sure why this changed back either. The only thing I can think of is that another character has the same spell but the change was required to be Guen. Did you have a character that needed to be Guen? If so, let me know and I will make another spell for Guen. - Shapechange - Gave it +10 damage as well. - Summons - an extra +10 damage.
Have a look at this and see if Valen does what he should be doing. I will next play with the Ninja.
@Gusinda Ah ok, the picture of the shuriken i desire is in a screenshot within the link i provided. Scroll down a bit and theres a dwarf tossin a red shuriken. So then i take that what i am seeking is a BAM file with the shuriken cosmetic change? Also, the guen shapechange was for my ranger Sylvanna. So i guess make another for her?
As for Valen: -Drop the traps.. Too many skills already lol. -Drop Golden Dragon buff but keep Viper. -instead of shadow slip i got shadow clone lol. -The summons dmg is perfect, Valen himself is a jus a wee bit too tuff. Instead of +10 dmg, lets try +5. -Can we color his weps black for the blade and purple for the hilt, with a purple glow? -Give him the ninja ability Poison Wep -Give him the Bloodsuck ability with reduced saves if you can. Think its the one hexxant has. -Needs ninja melee ability icey blades. Its the skill before Viper/Dragon skill.
This should set him up perfectly. Thanks a bunch for the changes, as always, your works amazing.

Hmm if Sylvanna has a different file for the spell.. The only other thing i can think of is Valens old shapechange spell. I dont have any other guen changes... Unless the file for Guen was used to substitute a different change ability? Interesting...
Oh yea a quick change: is it possible to have the dragon and viper forms cast together in one spell? (Dragon first then viper, so i glow purple lol) Also, are permanent contingency spells possible? So that everytime i fall below a certain amount of health an ability will trigger or something of the sort.

- Ninja spells added - Mark of the Golden Dragon, Mark of the Shadow Viper, Shadow Bomb and Shadow Slip.
- Damage. Gave him +10 damage (using a different method). Let me know if that is enough.
- Shapechange changed to Greater Shade Wolf. Not sure why this changed back either. The only thing I can think of is that another character has the same spell but the change was required to be Guen. Did you have a character that needed to be Guen? If so, let me know and I will make another spell for Guen.
- Shapechange - Gave it +10 damage as well.
- Summons - an extra +10 damage.
Have a look at this and see if Valen does what he should be doing. I will next play with the Ninja.

As for Valen:
-Drop the traps.. Too many skills already lol.
-Drop Golden Dragon buff but keep Viper.
-instead of shadow slip i got shadow clone lol.
-The summons dmg is perfect, Valen himself is a jus a wee bit too tuff. Instead of +10 dmg, lets try +5.
-Can we color his weps black for the blade and purple for the hilt, with a purple glow?
-Give him the ninja ability Poison Wep
-Give him the Bloodsuck ability with reduced saves if you can. Think its the one hexxant has.
-Needs ninja melee ability icey blades. Its the skill before Viper/Dragon skill.
This should set him up perfectly.

Edit: Just had a quick look at Sylvanna and she should be right. She is using a different spell.

Hmm if Sylvanna has a different file for the spell.. The only other thing i can think of is Valens old shapechange spell. I dont have any other guen changes... Unless the file for Guen was used to substitute a different change ability? Interesting...
Oh yea a quick change: is it possible to have the dragon and viper forms cast together in one spell? (Dragon first then viper, so i glow purple lol) Also, are permanent contingency spells possible? So that everytime i fall below a certain amount of health an ability will trigger or something of the sort.
