@CrevsDaak said that "it's a dummy body of supposed HTML that causes a white unexacting space after the markup stage in HTML " in the activity wall but for the life of me I don't get a word from what he said.
Creating anything with tags causes the tags to still appear when a user is quoted; html, body, style, and script are all tags that won't display, but they will all still display if quoted. You would need to dig through the forum script and find a tag that is stripped entirely from the post when a comment is made.
I don't believe you can post videos not from YouTube, but I have never actually tried it. Some videos might give you some embed code, but I've never tried it.
@Metalloman, I actually had large comment that I was going to post in a new Advanced Formatting topic—some of it covered the aspect you mentioned me about in your other comment. I'll post your example below.
Regarding your questions:- Q. maybe you know why that table is so far below from the first part the post? Have I compiled the html in a wrong way?
The reason for this is because the forum software doesn't like line breaks in the table format. What you need to do is remove the line breaks between each tag (i.e. table, tr, td, and th tags).
Q. Also it looks like I'm unable to add borders to that table.
Because, and it's really not ideal, the forum software doesn't allow the use of custom style tags, you need to make the edits required on each individual item. What this means is: you need to add border:1px solid rgb(200,200,200); to each individual cell. Below is a quick-fix. Note that the cells have a thicker border than the outside border, you would need to define specific -left, -right, -bottom, and -top borders in order to avoid the difference in thickness.

Blue is so cool! You can be black, that's not a big business. Grey is good too, but blue is just hilarious.
